Probably be really handy for really fast builds since they won't melt as easily

This would be perfect for Lego vacum engines

All Metal Technic Parts axles fit through the bearing block beams now- it was some rogue early axles that didn't fit the 'new' bearing blocks... Nice video and build!

I added a grease gerk/ grease nipple to one of mine on a high speed transmission and it actually worked well for quite a long time, needed grease shields tho as it would flick it like crazy when the grease caught the gears hahaha

you've done it now! the Legoratti purists will be along with pitchforks and fire to cleanse your sacrilegious metal cravings!!! Useful video Max. How's things? 👍🇬🇧

Nobody will know if people like metal parts or not because you can't see the dislikes or lack thereof. Dumb. So far I have been surprised by the acceptance of my unorthodox ways.

I'm a purist, but no pitchfork here, I mean, I can understand people wanting these, even I sometime think it would be useful if Lego did these parts in metal... I would mostly want it for axle and universal joints...

Aluminium axle will be too flexible, its deferent metal alloy. I like those wheel Bearings 😍 and your diversity of creations

That seems better than using a lubricant like olive oil

Or graphite, lithium grease, petroleum based lubricants, silicon or PTFE.

You work on cars? Car bearings are huge! I never could understand how a car wheel bearing could handle the force until I saw one.

I work in a steel mill. We have bearings 3 foot in diameter and weigh several hundred pounds.
These Lego ones are definitely tiny.
