I have found that I'm organized, but still trying to find a system that works for me. Any advice would be helpful
You can try using Trello (trello.com) for a system to stay organized or if you prefer pen and paper then get a nice detailed day planner and use that. The key is to keep the documentation and timelines updated every day, no matter which method you choose.
Agilysys has made the difference for us. Spend a season being generically creative and thoughtful. The system will help quantify your resources (horses, doves, carriages, golf courses, got air balloons, meals, etc) By the time your client starts to dream, you plug and play via clicks and effortlessly fill the fantasy

Yes and no. Party planner I would say plan just parties where as an event planner would plan all sorts of events such as trade shows. Weddings. Anniversary’s. Parties. Conferences birthdays. And many more events.
