megalytoceras confusum preparation part 02 DJ Fossils

in this video i finish off the prep on the megalytoceras confusum
the 2nd side is not as well preserved and quite sticky so i have left it as is
this isnt an issue as u only display one side and the main side looks amazing
i also finish off with a wash and a good coating of paraloid to seal it up and bring out all the beautiful colours

Thanks we just found another one about half the size with some amazing calcite on the mouth end so got to prep that now. That will be our keeper for the species as not too big lol. But got a few other preps to do for videos so will get on with a few different ones soon. And a week off next week so hopefully get a few hunts in too...
