Looks just like a “Bedrug”, did Husky buy the brand? If planning to install a tonneau cover should that be installed first because some have rails?
It would be easier to install the liner first, you will still be able to install the cover over it.

Your tools and items in the bed will not roll or slide around, it can also take more impact force from masonry units or heavy tools thrown in. A lot easier on the knees too if working in the bed.
