Oh, Natasha, this card is far from plain. It's lovely. I really like that die. I have it. I've had it a while and I'm very ashamed to say I have not used it yet. I have to get to it now. Thanks so much for the inspiration!
"You are my sunshine" ... oh the memories. I used to sing that little song to my son when he was a baby. I even recorded it in a teddy bear for him to keep. Your card would make anyone smile and feel the warmth when they received it. Your added touches are always just enough; never too much. TFS
Love this card and love that die set too and using the gold mirri card underneath the black gave it definition and made the design stand out. Thanks once again for sharing your videos Natasha
I love your style and I love your personality! You have such a cool way of looking at things and you just sound happy. I live in San Diego, California. It is a big city where everyone is always rushing around trying to be better than anyone else. You seem to not let things bother you so much, and it's refreshing to see. This card came out so beautiful! I could see the white embossed sun rays well enough to tell it made a big element on the card. The card seemed so complicated as you went through the steps, but you, of course made it look easy!
Hi Ruth, you have made my day with these comments. It is not easy to put yourself out in the public arena, and getting comments like yours brightens my day. I've been to San Diego a couple of years ago, and I would love to come back! Again, I appreciate you taking the time of day to write such a lovely comment. Natasha
Natasha, I bought the mandala die you used above, and I can't figure out how to use the center piece that you didn't use in the video. It looks kind of weird when it's cut out. I could use your suggestions, or better yet , an example. Thank you.
Natasha I love your card. The gold mirror card stock on the black really makes the die cut pop. You didn't list your double sided tape info from Ali Express. I'm not sure which one you use or the width of the tape. Thank you in advance. I always look forward to your videos and cards.
Lovely card, Natasha. The gold behind the flower was a perfect highlight! Could you please tell me which thickness of the foam squares you use? They offer 1mm, 2mm, and 3mm. Thanks!
Hiya, this card has the 2mm, buy I have purchased all of the different thicknesses, and use them for building different heights, so they are all worth having really! 😊
I'm wondering what type of matte finish glue you use?...I think I heard you say Ranger Brand? The shine from misplaced dry glue is MY Achilles heel & major frustration (esp on delicate pcs & layers)! Thank you! I LOVE ALL your videos!!!
Natasha your card is really nicely done! Natasha use a wooden cuticle tool, soak your nails and push the cuticle back a little to give the manicured look you are going for. I am concerned that cutting your cuticles is damaging your nails/hands. In any case you do fabulous work!
Recommended Daily Allowance of Crafting I would love to see!!! I'm always looking for ideas on this set. Are you part of a Facebook card making group you could post to? Or something like that? Or do you have a blog? Xx
Which is why I cringe every time she says ‘my such-and-such is from AliExpress’ and I want to scream: NOOOOOOO, it’s actually NOT. I know the prices are impossible to resist but it’s just wrong to be copying someone else’s creation and making money from it.
@@Deedster56 What about the US companies who make their stuff in China? I rather believe it's not copying, but selling on the side on Ali what the Chinese manufacturers already have as patterns/designs form those foreign companies. The fonts in stamps for example are way toooo identical, to be just copying after the release. And yes, I agree that is another form of non.ethical use.
@@Deedster56 what i also understand is that, as Natasha lives in NZ, it's almost impossible to get "American made" stamps and dies at anything like decent prices. I'm not blaming her- they're great designs. I don't actually know what's right. For instance, this month just about everyone has circles. And recently, one stamp co came out with a set of setiment strips that are almost exactly like Honey Bee Stamps. And Heffy Doodle's Strips of Ease, only there's more of them. 2 companies came out with record player dies. . .are they copying each other?? You can now buy foxes and chicks and raccoon layering dies from 3-4 companies: is that copyright infringement? We have one stamp positioner maker SUING the rest of them for copyright infringement and WINNING at what used to be called fair market competition. I have no idea what's right any more. I know those stamps are flimsier and not sized the same.
tiggermama24 and sophyamary I do appreciate your comments. And my apologies to Natasha, I didn’t realize there was some difficulty getting some product from the US. Believe me, here in Canada, the US companies’ pricing is made much worse by the exchange rates with the Canadian dollar, the duty and tax I am forced to pay and the additional shipping charges because, although we are neighbours, it is considered ‘International Shipping’ in most cases. However, when I see a stamp set advertised on AliExpress that is not only an exact copy of a US manufacturer’s one (not from a US company whose products are made in China) but also with some of the card samples done by the designers of said companies in their ad for the stamp or die?? That is just not right. And whether it is smaller, so they can ‘get away with it’ and made of an inferior quality doesn’t matter. I think it is wrong and I won’t purchase them. But that is just me and everyone is free to do as they wish. Tiggermama, I never did understand that stamp positioner battle (and yes, I purchased the Tim Holtz one so you can call me a hypocrite LOL) because there are other almost identical ones out there and, as far as I know, they aren’t getting sued. Sorry for this long reply but, I just didn’t want to offend anyone but still wanted to let you know how I felt.
@@Deedster56 i get it - i bought a Tim Holtz one too, rebel that i am, and also made my own. ;-) On top of all this, I'm disabled, on a limited income. Another example where simplicity is stunning.

Always so inspiring. Love the idea of running the foam through with the die cut. Can you use it more that once??
Wow..Its cool...Thanks for sharing with us..
Gorgeous
Love this card.
If you put the foam between the die and card, it will just fall out. I use it for dies where the cutout do not want to leave the die.
Love the card. Can't access your blog for some reason
Other Stan stamps and dies, what else do you buy for cardmaking from Ali express? I'm always scared to try someone else!
oh my BEAUTIFUL girl wow - good trick too ty for sharing
This was beautiful!!!!! ❤️❤️💞💞

It should be linked in the video description box, but yes I use the Ranger Multi Medium in the matte finish. No shiny glue spots when it dries...yay!
esta muy linda gracias por compartir
I’ve been trying for 2 days to buy some dies from Allie and the site keeps crashing. Do you ever have this problem?
Magnifique. Merci
Bonjour ta carte est tres jolie merci
Yeah! First commenter!!! I love all your work, you have such a neat way of making simple dies into such beautiful cards!!

I do the same with the packaging from Ali - works great. Always enjoy you card ideas.
can we do this die manually without using die cut machine ? pls try and show us. it is costly to buy die cut machine for beginners
Manisha's Creative Studio I have heard that you can use a rolling pin on the die and it will cut out the card stock. I haven’t tried it, though.
@@KellyWinsor140 yeah it can be possible. Thanks
Love it...tfs
❤️❤️❤️
I have that die and it cus perfectly. Just FYI. Xxxx
Hi, I’ve enjoyed watching you’re videos and love the r’s in your accent 🤪🤗 did you buy the stamp press from Aliexpress?
your can get a stamp press from Walmart
Can't access your blog fir dome reason
Interesting. Your sentiment set is a direct knockoff of an MFT set, as is your stencil. Your card is beautiful.
