I was playing all types of Christian music for my dad who was on his deathbed August 11 2017...Dad wasn't able to move just breathing....This song came on and in the middle of the song he picks his hand up and moves it to the music. This was such a blessing and a testimony...I told my niece to look at this...She started recording...This was the last time we got any movement from my dad...
On August 13 2017 my dad went on to glory...I played this song over and over for him until his passing... I know that he was telling us that he knows that The LORD can heal....but even if HE doesn't, it is well with his soul! This song will always be near and dear to my heart!

Two brothers in New Zealand were in a very bad car crash recently. As they flipped and rolled they were calling out to Jesus. A witness said she saw 3, not 2, people get out of the car! 🙌❤

I played this song for my wife who has been a type 1 diabetic for 20 years. we both cried because this is the exact battle she has been fighting...and this was before we knew the back story. Thank you for this song and the encouragement it has brought to our family!
This indeed is a healing song. Our God has a purpose, he used you to bless and heal every one who heard the song! God bless you and your family, praying for your son.
I have an adult daughter with chronic illness and pain (she lives with me). We are Christians, and He has indeed helped us to find some great physicians and medical assistance, but He has not yet miraculously healed. But Even If He never does... Thanks so much for this song and sharing your story.

This song means a lot to me. I have disabling severe chronic pain, and there are mornings I feel so raw. Then there's the emotional kind of hurts I'm trying to heal from. What matters is Jesus. Without Him I couldn't do it.

hi, Barbara. I read your comments on you tube & wanted to say that you are not alone. I too, suffer from intolerable pain,day & night, 24/7. I have begged God for freedom from this so I can do more for him in this life. But the choice is his & I accept that healing of my body may notbe his will for me. The song. by Mercy me means a great deal to me because it speaks to me in a special way. I willingly accept the pain as a trial that may win a crown to give to Jesus someday when we are welcomed home. My son also got diagnosed T1D at age 2. We go to the same hospital/clinic in Nashville very quarter. The shock / pain / doubts / questions over chronic disease never really go away. It gets worse when your toddler asks you why God doesn't heal or why God doesn't talk to him.

I've heard this song many times on the radio but wasn't really listening to the words until this evening. Wow! This is powerful for my wife and I!
My son was dx with type one 7 months ago (he was 5). The fact that it will never go away does make it seem unmanageable. I was told about this song by ladies in our t1d group and about it's story. I spent hours playing it over and over and finally let myself mourn over what had happened. I didn't loose faith, I never blamed God, but, the hurt was there. I needed to let go of control of fear and all the heart ache that comes with the dx. Thank you for sharing your testimony and helping out so many type one moms and dads.
I have a dear friend who lives with a chronic illness, (she might not have too much longer on this earth :'( ) and this song means a LOT to her, and now it means a lot to me, knowing what she's been through in her life and your heart behind this song! Thank you so much for writing this song!
The lyrics of this song(all of it) were the same words i prayed to God last year when my aunt had cancer(i was really surprised when i heard it). It was really hard for me to said "evenf if you dont" to God. But there`s a time where you had nothing except HIM. The "worst" happened, but God were always when i cried. i doubted, when i had a lot of faith and when i didn`t. That is where my soul rest.
And now listening to the words of this song, makes my heart cry but in peace. And this is God. Listening from the mouth of other son of god, make me feel that we are closer than we know. I love God because i dont have to pretend that i am ok, i can express what my heart is feeling, and that`s how i sorrounded with his arms.. arms of the father!

My son has a rare disease called achalasia causing problems with your esophagus and the ability to eat. He has been on a feeding tube and had multiple surgeries. He is going to college studying music and worship arts. After 18 months of doing well he is now having major problems again. God gave him song one night after he was feeling discouraged and down. Thank you for sharing from you heart with your song Even If, it has helped me a lot during this sickness with my son. Please keep him in your prayers as he is facing another procedure May17th...

I was diagnosed with depressive disorder. I have had episodes of major depression. I was recently convinced just how much I can trust God. I know now that God is trust worthy. I know we go through things, but we can never give up in the fight of the enemy. Never let the enemy win.
Thank you this song really means a lot with me.. I have multple cronic illnesses. I have been listenin to your music for many hours a day to lift my faith.. I know Lord will heal me.. I am not giving up, I know he is good and has plans. I have some diseases that even meds cant cure. But I know the Lord can heal.. Thank you for your encouragement. I got juvenile Diabetes in 7th grade almost 31 years ago. While I've had great numbers and have no other health issues that come from poor control, it is at times very discouraging. At times I'm angry that in 1996 they cloned an entire sheep, but in 2017 an industry that makes billions of dollars off treating all types of diabetes can't clone a few of my cells that would cure this chronic condition...I am so thankful that God is with us through everything. Those days when I can't get my blood sugar to settle down, and my mind is cooked from trying to nail my absorption rate with how the food I'm eating is metabolized, God is right there. This song and testimony I can relate to. Praise and thanks be to God!

I've had diabetes since 1961. I love your comment about them cloning a sheep in 1996, but today they still can't give us a cure. I think those billions of dollars we are spending to stay alive is what's keeping them from releasing a cure. Diabetes is a big money maker. Cured people aren't. It makes me so mad. But without God, I wouldn't be here. I couldn't do it alone.

My kid was born with two chronic illnesses Turner's Syndrome and Shox Gene Syndrome. She struggles everyday with the simple things in life. She was in a wheel chair for most of her life. She had some surgeries on her leg to lengthen her leg because she born without a ankle bone. The procedure failed and she lost her leg. But she was fixed up with a prostheses and got up and walked. Hasn't used the wheelchair since (4 years ago). I was a alcoholic and drug user for most of my life. Tried to commit suicide (I didn't do that right) but GOD'S hand came down on me. I went to see the "Passion of The Christ" and my WHOLE life changed. Gave myself to JESUS, confessed and believed! I've been clean and sober since May 25, 2005. I love this song because GOD can heal even if we don't see it right a way. Our HOPE is in JESUS and knowing this is not where life ends but it is the beginning, knowing that I will be in HIS loving arms FOREVER! I pray for your son that his diabetes may NOT be a stumbling block but a testimony to others about GOD's Glory!! GOD hasn't stop writing our story.
HI Justin, God bless you, I was listening to the song even if, I broke down to cry cause it touched me,I my self been going through a cronic illness that there's no cure for it Only God could heal it, been with it for fourteen years now, on meds, going through a emotional roller coaster some times, I have good days and some times bad days, some times I just want to give up and stop taking my meds, the meds are surpose to help one thing but they're messing up with other parts of my body, and now to top it off I was just diagnosed with pre diabetes, it's not easy but I'm trying to hang in there, thanks Justin for that song and your words.

I wonder if Bart is an HSP ( Highly Sensitive Person) for someone who has gone thru an enormous amount of tragedy/trauma... His therapy is writing and singing and his Christian Faith. I think he is a great role model; and that everyone ought to follow his llead. INK is CHEAP Therapy.
I wonder if the rare blood cancer Tim Timmons has is the same one I have (or same type). I have Myelofibrosis that falls under the category of MPNs. A drug was approved by the FDA in 2011 that has given thousands of people the chance for extended life.

"by His stripes your were healed...." "He Himself took up your infirmities and carried your diseases..." Why in the world would a Christian be saying that this (diabetes) is something that will never go away?! The problem in the church today is unbelief. We just simply do not believe what the Word says about so many things..........God wants you well!
