Love the inside layout. Exterior looks like a monster for real.
I'm impressed with the size of this home. Trailer homes have come a long way.
BIG, BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL❤. I LOVE THIS HOUSE! I would only make a couple of changes to make it mine! Although I really like the cabinet and trim color, IMO, it clashes with the LVP floor colors, so I would change that. Also, I don't like when the doors are different in color from the trim; so either the doors all have to match the trim, or all the trim needs to be white, then add baseboards and this house would be PERFECT for me! I couldn't have tape and texture in here because I like the patterns on the walls too much! This one is a keeper, thanks for the tour!
It looks soo cheap. You see the paneling strips coming off the paneling. Fake wood everywhere which attracts critters. Chipped counters tops. I bet the cabinet wood is not real either. I'm just not impressed. And when you go on the website. Charge you for things that's suppose be in the house. That little closet should have been a utility closet. I can only imagine what type of insulation is in the walls. I don't like this one but I will differently keep looking. Thanks for your time. You did a great job showing this home. Rt, buy some land, dig out the foot n for a basement and place it on top.

yall re look at that video the wall trimming in the laundry room is coming off the wall and when she walks back out to the kitchen area look down the counter top trimming is missing alone with off stuff for a 5b and 3ba this look a trailer put together in the late 90s early 2000s no ma'am i think not. But now there is a but i will purchase this home and fix it the way i want to fix it.

Beautiful home but what were they thinking with the 6 different wood and faux wood grains in the master bathroom? It was over kill. But I do love the wood cabinets and the flooring is another unnecessary wood pattern. I agree with you that I would change the wallpaper. I wouldn't want the same wallpaper all throughout my home. I love the home design other than that.
Hi Christy, this is a beautiful home huge for a nice large family. My only downfall is all the Brown panelin which they call shiplat. I will brighten it up a little bit, but I love the home itself, it's beautiful and you do a great job in showing us. These homes been watching you for a long time. Keep up the wonderful work. Im from Albany GA and im telling you right now....don't do it!!! Born and raised, family still lives there. Nothing going on in Albany except the Marine Base, poverty, crime and the Flint River is easily offended and floods easily and often. I've commented before, but i guess it was removed. You've been warned 🤷♀️

I change my mind u had me with the kitchen everything else is a no like the floor plan was a no for me all the bedrooms was the same and the room size was awkward for me I couldn’t think of where to put my bed or tv it was a awkaward shape room

I’m new to your channel love the home but to much brown and tan going on I like a modern looking crisp clean up to date home idk brown just throws me off and I would of took out all the carpets out the bedrooms and put wood floors I can’t stand carpets
NICE SPACE ..... BUT I DIDN'T LIKE ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT IT....... IT'S TOO MUCH GOING ON IN THE DIFFERENT WOODS & PATTERNS 😞😞 I WOULD PAINT EVERYTHING AND BRIGHTEN IT UP 😞😞

THAT'S NOT A DAMN MANSION. THAT'S AN EXTENDED DOUBLE WIDE TRAILER! IM FROM SOUTH GEORGIA/ VIENNA GA NOT FAR FROM ALBANY GA. I KNOW TRAILER WHEN I SEE THEM. IF YOU INTERESTED IN PURCHASING A TRAILER HOME, I SUGGEST YOU HAVE IT BRICKED ALL AROUND AND MAKE SURE ITS STABLE ON THE GROUND. BE WISE NOT IDIOTS.
