Excellent final result! Imagine if this patient had this done many years ago - it would have greatly increased their confidence! I just have one question, would a crown also have been a viable option, or was the tooth too small and weak to support a crown?
i think that baby tooth is too small for a crown

In this case, there is no contact area between first lower molar (n°36 in Europe) and molar 37 because molar 37 was poorly restored.
Let's considered you have to restore the proximal wall of molar 36 adjacent to molar 37. Will you build this wall so that there will be a contact area with 37. Meaning you will build it more curved than it normally should be, different from its original anatomy then ? Thank you in advance. 🙏

It is actually out of contact with the uppe and patient is suggested not to bite hard foods in front

Because the tooth is too thin.. if i use ever x which is dark and translucent in color it will be seen outside..and change the color a lot the tooth is out of contact and will not supra erupt because it is a deciduous tooth

Yeah..but thebproblem was he has 2 congenitally missing tooth.. and ortho has to move the canine closer in replacement of the lateral..which would look more un natural

Doc anu dapat gawin sa gap ng ipin na nakafix bridge nagkakaron kasi ng tinga kapag kumakain. Bali may fixbridge sa kanan at kaliwa ung gap ay nasa gitna ng upper 2front teeth. Wala naman gap dati so parang ngmove ung dalawang bridge at ngkaron ng opening sa gitna.
