Is it 2500 Australian Dollars? Do they have any physical address or you met them on Facebook (social media)? Free visa, tickets etc, doesn't sound reasonable. Multinational companies also offer free tickets to very few people with high profile jobs.
After submitting application (DIAC stage) it takes around 6-8 months for medical tests. The turnaround times depends on how busy immigration officers are. We need to get HAPID once the immigration asks for medicals. It is not a complex task.

Further assessment etc.,? If so It is still processing. If you apply online calling embassy for update won't help. We must wait till we hear from them. Alternatively, you can write a letter requesting the update on the application and upload it to the documents. This is the only way to communicate for online applications.

Hi, I hope you have a normal experience letter from the company and you can’t get roles and responsibilities. In this case explanation from HR is enough. Having basic experience proof from company is mandatory. Even HR can provide this. Just your name role you worked within dates is sufficient.

Hi, 75 points are fine to apply EOI. But having more points is good for getting invitation quick and confident. Same time 75 points also can get invitation if less people are with higher points at the time of your application. It is tricky. Where ever possible try to get few more points IELTS or including spouse in application or if you have any training, internships include it too.
During Skill assessment authority might decrease your experience to match Australia standards. In this case your 75 points might go less in actual. So including all possible experience is good.
Hi, Did you check PR points. If you (Primary applicant) has 65 points or more your husband can apply as dependant applicant with 6 score. He also need to go through the ACS (assessment). If his skills are recognised by assessment that gives your application 5 more points.
Hi, The number of jobs are less for "Special Education Teacher" Compare to IT, health & mining. But there are good chances for eligible teachers. Especially, people with work rights can get a job. Sponsor jobs are very few. For any public sector jobs ex: child care, Aged care, Teachers &others. Australian local training is mandatory.

Any kind of loan through bank is Good. Consulate call banks and double check your funds. Please call Embassy +91 22 67574900 check wether IT returns is MUST or not. If they say it is a MUST you can lodge IT turns for 2 years with "0" returns (I think income less than 3 lakhs per annual) Through CA. Even if your father earn 1 lakh per annum and pay lot of tax it won't be enough to fund a student in Australia. Don't worry about the annual income. Indian monthly Income is not a criteria for Student VISA. We must have enough funds. Along with Loan try to get a market evaluation of any other properties. Civil engineers can help with this doc. This shows your assets worth.

I think IELTS is best because PTE is computer based. IELTS is human verified. Examiner can accept incorrect pronunciations etc in speaking test.
