bro, meeku 5 years aindi, nenu ochi 15 yr aindi. You'll thank this place after a while.
Having said that, housing is unaffordable. But believe me, manam and mana neighbours (Ch***) are the reason behind this.
Lawn mowing is just an example bro :)
Also, it purely depends on how experienced one is in doing the job.
I do thank this place in lot many ways, I don't regret the move at all, but it is just I curated the things I like and I don't :)
