    I love you pointing out the stress it has on our bodies. I, unfortunately, have both lipedema and pernicious anemia and that means my body has a hard time clearing toxins and any type of stress adds to my body not being able to clear things easily. Thank you for pointing this out to me

    Am I getting it right? Can lipoedema be the cause of inflammation in my body? As it slows lymphatic system and stores toxins? All my life I've been dealing with inflammation flares and they come with a pain in my lipoedema legs. I'm hyper sensitive to any hormonal changes, lack of sleep, periods, stresfull week, yay, a massive inflammation party in my body 😅

    • @LaurasLipedemaLegs
      @LaurasLipedemaLegs  6 месяцев назад

      Lipedema is the result of inflammation but yes there’s a huge inflammation party going on in our bodies and figuring out root causes and lessening inflammation will have a major benefit in freeing us from pain (maybe not all but definitely some)!

      Look into keto and carnivore lifestyles. Since I went completely meat and butter based, my inflammation is down almost 100 lbs and the severe pain has receded 80%. The bruising is still easy, but just the diminished pain is well worth the diet changes. Dr.s Anthony Chaffee, Berry, Baker & Fung for fasting. Hope this helps. @@LaurasLipedemaLegs thanks for this information. I discussed this with the person who brought me the pump because she saw it happening and it also went into my hips as well. She said that the insurance only covered my legs with an extension. I would have to go to my lymph clinician and tell them so they can report it back to the insurance company and I would have to see if they were willing to pay for the other piece. I also have it in my arms which they totally ignored. So, I guess I’m going to have to go back to them and complain about my arms. I had a really bad injury to my neck and shoulders some in 2017. I started to get these humps of fluid in my shoulders which would run down into my chest area. Every doctor that I go to says they don’t know what it is and why it’s doing that. They have not sent me to get x-rays 🩻 or anything like that. So, if it comes from illness or sickness then that makes sense to why I have that issue in my shoulders.
