Seems like I've got a recipe for just about any occasion, these days. I've got about 300 video recipes posted here on RUclips now and that includes Asian, Italian, Mexican, Cajun, Indian and many other worldly foods. Not to mention all of the classic American or Americanized foods you can find in the USA. My recipe genres break down into some wonderful playlists; Appetizers, Soups and Salads, Pasta and Sauce recipes, Seafood or Chicken recipes. Also Holiday, Barbecue and Party recipes and a whole lot more. So be sure to take a good look at my channel and watch more videos because there's a whole lot more coming your way!
Wow!! Thanks, dear. I have learnt a lot of stuff about winemaking in three videos.
Awesome
you are truly a great wine teacher , accept gratitude and complements
Love your videos, they're a hidden gem. The wine tutorials have sparked my interest but my job requires me to travel alot unfortunately. You make everything look incredibly easy and simple to follow. Thank you!
It only takes 6 days to move the wine from the primary stage into the secondary. After that, you can let it sit for a few months, all the way up to a year before you touch it again. If you've got somewhere you can leave it and be safe until you return, you can still do this. In fact, the longer the better because the wine will clarify itself until your ready to rack it off the sediment and put the final touches before bottling.
Amazing I couldn't stop watching
Awesome, got a whole playlist for you to learn the whole process. 🥂
Very interesting intro to winning Wine...
Glad you think so!
Awesome wine cooler.❤️
That's real detail knowledge on wine making. Thanks 🙏

Thank you. I hope they help. 🍻
So nice dear friend.
Yeah? Thx 🍻
Amazing man! I struggled and wasted time and supplies for a month. After watching these videos, hoping to have better results after the process!! Cheers mate!! Wine time!!
Bummer, hopefully this will help solve your problems. 🍻
Very nice ...
Thank you... but this is just the first stage. Wine really isn't very difficult to make but there a few more stages it most go through before bottling and those videos are listed at the end of this video and in the links in the description.
I have to taste that wine 🥂
Its easy to make. Back it up and watch my "how to make wine" playlist.
Just smiling watching these, super awesome. would make grape wine someday in my home, :D
Vicky, I never thought I would do it. Researching fermentation of other foods got me started and I've been successful with every single batch. I realized there wasn't a very straight forward and easy youtube tutorial posted so I created this playlist. So glad you're enjoying it.
@@PMGK Thanks :)
Me encantaron los vídeos, me gustaría probar uno de esos vinos
It's very easy to do. Tonight I am bottling 15 bottles of Red wine and 15 more bottles of white wine! 🍷 😊
Excellent video keep up the awesome work you do. How did you make that label
Designed it in Microsoft's paint program and had kinko's print them on sticker sheets the size I wanted.
@@PMGK thank you
Hi there. I just watched your 4 series of bottling your wine. I loved it. Really hands on without over explaining things. Thank you so much for sharing. I am interested in trying this myself. Looks like an initial investment with bottles. Tablets. Siphon and stuff. Have you done a cost comparison like how much do you have into each finished bottle of wine. It seems like it might be more expensive to make your own vs just buying.
Also I loved your commentary. You sound like bert... the geologist on big bang theory. Lol 😆
If you're only going to try this once it will definitely cost more than the wine is worth but I've done this several times over and it, not only paid for itself, I'm now profiting. I got 34 bottles out of my last batch and spent $27 dollars on grapes. ABV 13%
17% and it’s a roscato so it should be kind of sweet 👀👀 I’ll have a glass
It only took 8 lbs of sugar! 😂
Hey great video. What ever happened to the wine in the fermenter?
I bottled it! 😜 🍻
Thanks a lots for sharing sir. For how long one can store this wine?
You need to watch the other videos in this series, this is only the first week. You have to rack to a secondary, then clarify and filter if you want to. To answer your question, however, I have bottled wine from 3 years ago that gets better with age so, if stored properly, it should last as long as any wine.
Amazing series bruv. How does the wine taste? And where can I go to get even more knowledge and depth of insights into how to make my wine award winning?
Link in the description of the video.
Hey, love your videos they are great. Just wanted to see what you thought. I made strawberry wine from fresh fruit. it is done fermenting. I ran it dry to get abv of 17.06 percent! lol. I added the bentonite last week and yesterday, one of the three bottles are crystal clear? I do not understand why the other two are so cloudy? Wondering if you have experienced that? Should I add bentonite again? Once clear I really need to back sweeten and add both campden and potassium sorbate? But...I want to keep all bottles at the same stage? Thanks!
I realize you're probably getting anxious but always give it more time. Wine isn't something you rush. It really does get better with time. 🍻
Hi, what if I dont want to clarify my wine to a lighter color, for example if I'm doing a red wine can I not do the every week racking process ?
Yes you can but clarifying isn't about making it a lighter color, its about removing the proteins and the tannin that cause pectic haze and sediment in your wine. In fact the next step would be filtering the wine but I haven't filmed that yet and it requires equipment most folks don't have. Technically, however, the wine, once its aged, can be drank as is.
Pls I need to order for the wine yeast and the rest of d ingredients
Amazon has a $50 wine starter kit with everything you need to get started.
How long do you let it stay in the final bottle before you can drink it?
Technically, you can drink it immediately but it's true what they say, "It only gets better with age". The bottles in this video are now 2 years old and I still haven't opened them.
Do you continue to be pleased with your AMZCHEF juicer?
Yes. I juice celery every morning. I accidentally broke one of the attachments even and the company replaced it within 2 days, no questions asked.
Hey what label printer did you use to make yours plz n thanx 😊
I cheated and took my design to Kinkos.
How long does it last , and which preservative are you using sir?
This is part 4... I suggest you watch the other 3 tutorials to answer your questions. 🙄
Sir, your video are awsome and can i purchase your wine from online website? as i'm from India.
I wish that were possible but Unfortunately, the US has very strict laws regarding licensed alcohol sales.
@@PMGK sir, thank you very much for respond as i'll learn from your video.. good day sir
Where i can buy those PVC cap ?
Amazon
5 kg grapes and 2 kg sugar and 5 litres water 2 tpsn yeast , then how much percentage alcohol can I get ? Pls reply sir🙂
Start from the beginning and learn how to calculate ABV yourself: ruclips.net/video/GjRn619YVh0/видео.html
HOW MANY DAYS WE CAN STORE THIS WINE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE?
As long as the homemade wine is treated properly, it will keep just as long and as good as wines you purchase at the store.
So fucking Awesome!!! All my beverages have to be sweet
Mine too. I bottled 26 bottles of wine, last night, both Red and white. 13 bottles each!
@@PMGK How long did that take? I don’t have the patience for the process.
I love all your cooking and recipes. I take soo much inspiration and motivation from you. Have a cooking channel too u can check it out. You have a New subscriber here too 😊
Sir, please adopt me 🥺
Breville juicer alot better than that juicer brother .. well worth your money 🤑

𝑪𝒉𝒆𝒆𝒓𝒔 🥂
Solute!
I bet that Peach Wine is Fabulous🍑🍑🍑🍑
Only one bottle left, too! 😔
All this equipment is expensive!!
No, it's just not for you. Someone that is invested into wine making and values and see's the importance of the time and energy spent making they're own wine or purchasing it, will appreciate it. It's very cost efficient compared to things like an added basement to a mortgage or digging up and building a real wine cellar. Just think of a hobby or something you spend a lot of time with and I'll bet you've got some serious money and/or emotional value tied up in it that no one else can put a price tag on. Think of it from that perspective and you just might understand.
I guess everything is an advertisement now...
Umm, Bottling and Storing wine is what the video is about...
And out of 500 plus videos posted to my channel, I've advertised a product maybe five times, EVER. So, what exactly is the problem??🤔
