The time I experienced hairfall, I did all the following to effectively reduce it:
Include scalp massage into your routine.
Do not use very hot water when rinsing your hair.
Protect your hair from too much sweat.
Use a dual tooth neem wood comb to brush out wet hair.
Decrease your sugar and processed food consumption.
Use natural hairfall control shampoo and hair oil like littleeextra cocconion.
Maintain a positive mindset for overall well being.

Yes, you can use but also apply home remedies to stop hairfall like applying flax seed gel & onion juice it helps

Hey, yes after shampoo use conditioner. Keep it for 5 mins & don’t apply conditioner on scalp. Just on the tips & then rinse with normal water

It depends on your hair type, but ideally you shouldn’t wash your hair more than 3 times a week

Hey, its just not a paid promotion I’ve personally been using bblunt shampoo’s since months and haven’t faced any issues. Hairfall can occur due to many other reasons, kindly get your tests done to confirm no other issue is causing it. Also I’d suggest start applying onion juice on scalp it helps a lot. Still if the shampoo doesn’t suit you, you can definitely discontinue it
