It is my pleasure to bring you the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon 2 Remastering Project, an undertaking of mine dedicated to bringing one of my all-time favorite video game soundtracks to a new life. It is my belief that this music--composed by Arata Iiyoshi, Hideki Sakamoto, Keisuke Ito, Ryoma Nakamura and Ken-ichi Saito--deserves to be listened to and enjoyed by more than just the people who play, or have played, Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time/Darkness/Sky. It is a truly beautiful and widely appreciated collection of music, however with a limited potential due to the confines by which it is bound: a Nintendo DS cartridge. My goal for this project is to bring each track in the game to life by means of remastering, and in some cases reorchestrating, to the best of my ability, while at the same time preserving the natural charm that lies within them.

With explorers of sky's 15th birthday being yesterday I will explain what this game means to me. Back in like 2012 I was given a copy of a game my friend didn't like. That game was explorers of sky. That friend ended up moving away and we lost contact. Explorers of sky is my favorite game of all time

Whatever you think about the soundtrack, i promise you its better. Especially playing the game. Find these games. They remain my all time favorites
It's extremely easy to find a ROM online and play them on an emulator.
You should totally remaster Sky Peak Cave at some point, underrated OST tbh. I NEED a remaster of that to listen to while playing rpg games and stuff

I was seven years old. I'm 24 now. Jesus christ, almost 20 years. This game did more to teach me compassion and forgiveness than my parents.
For me, it was the first time I ever saw the word "primal."
Games like this one helped a lot with expanding my vocab. An introduction to the word plus highly illustrative context helps with learning.
@@blackosprey2219 This gamer introduced me to the concept of self preservation as a villainous motivation. Like, I basically knew what it was, but this game introduced me to the proper term.

Taking a RUclips detox for a month, so I downloaded all your remixes so I can still listen to them! Will be checking in every Friday only so I can download the latest track! Really it's awesome that you have downloaded available for your tracks. I can't exactly listen to other creators soundtracks offline or while on a detox.

When i was a kid i could never go further than Chasm Cave. Why? These freakin Onyxes. they arent strong or whathever but their sprite used to jumpscare me in the corridors when they pop up...
I just loved the dungeon themes after the excursion in the Future, especially Brine cave :D
Edit : i just downloaded a Sky ROM to play, ofc i chose the basic pack Mudkip/Shinx xD
