Hi Tomek! Thanks for interesting questions. 😊 English is my third language and I started learning it as a teen, then studied it at uni and haven't stopped using it since then on a daily basis. Just that - having the reason to communicate and someone that you genuinely want to talk to. 😌 When it comes to practicing speaking alone, which I have never done myself, but it worked for some students of mine who thanks to it maximized their speaking time - record yourself. Have an audio diary. Send yourself voice notes and listen to + analyze them identifying areas of improvement. You can also use Shadowing technique (check some tutorials from Hadar Shemesh on how to do it effectively). Hope that helps!
