Great video, keep up the good work. I traded my 23 FXLRS for the 24 FLYRX couldn't be happier😁

Thanks. Seems like a pretty good bike for crunching miles.

I love the new fairing style!! That looks killer!! Definitely have to get an aftermarket exhaust for sure and do the stage 1 upgrade. As far as wanting to ride far..I ride just as far and put on a lot of miles in a season on my Fat Boy. I average about 3500 to 5500 miles a season ( April- Nov ) because I don't ride in the winter that much. Great video 🤘🏻 💯,

Thanks. The bike definitely needs better exhaust. But pretty much all stock Harley’s do.

This motorcycle review that you did on the Road Glide is one of the best motorcycle reviews that I have seen on RUclips and I've probably seen close to a hundred or more over the years. Very informative and to the point. Great job! Looking forward to the next one.

Stoked to see you test-eval a RG. As you know, I went from an FLFBS to a "Fast Johnnie" ST, and it was a steep yet short learning curve, what with all that fairing weight when mounting the rig. But man, it's a bike that handles as well as it cruises. OF course, there's simply no replacing a Fat Boy or Breakout when it comes to cruising good-looks and fun.

It’s an interesting bike. I hadn’t been on a touring model for years so it took a little bit of getting used to.

I rode a 2024 Road Glide a few days ago, and I was disappointed. There's a lot of great things about it, I like it better than the indian challenger, but it's mostly the extra high weight and the big tall bars.
I rode the 24 Street Glide before it and I liked it way more. I said to the guy helping with the test rides that I'd like the Street Glide but it'd take too much work to get the Road Glide to be worth it for me.
I like the power of the street glide and it feels nice. But Road Glide? despite being the same engine, not a sale for me.

The bars were pretty good for my height. But I’m hoping to get on a street glide in a week or two.

    • @FranBunnyFFXII
      @FranBunnyFFXII 2 месяца назад +1

@@Pinozcyclezandridez Wrong for me, I had it on sport mode almost the entire time. they set it to rain mode, that lasted literally 2 stop signs, 3 blocks. Put it on road mode, and it that lasted 1 stop sign. Sport Mode the rest of the way all the way back to the dealership.
This is why you never assume, never sit there and expect someone to have the same experience as you, that's called ignorance.
Because then you make a goof of yourself in public.
I ride a built up fat boy with a 22XE cam and racing suspension and brakes.

Good video. Agree that air cleaner looks goofy. Never thought I’d be into baggers until I bought my ‘21 RKS. Never ridden a bike with a fairing but would like to try it out just to see what all the hype is about

It’s not a bad bike. Just not for my style of riding.

I have this bike, same color/chrome. For me I love the air cleaner styling…it tucks away nicely and doesn’t interfere with my knee while riding. Bummer you didn’t try custom mode..it’s faster in that mode and in traffic I’ll dust your fat boy lol…that’s where she shines for me..handles better than my. 18 GW.😂 it made my 21 RGS feel like a tank..reason why I traded it. When the tuners figure out how to vision tune and a install a bigger intake mani, cam…it’ll be a rocket ship 🚀

I hadn’t been on a touring bike in years. The electronics were definitely something new. Quite surprising how quickly that bike picks up speed. Especially for a 800+ pound motorcycle.

I own one myself and yes the sound system is garbage. I put the 10 inch windshield on mine and it makes a difference with the sound sytem. Way less windnoise

I'm no expert on those either. The couple of things that I see from your video: 1) The fuel filling neck looks sorta like a mountain on the gas tank and is surrounded with chrome. 2) I love chrome but do not like it in front of me...reflections would drive me nuts.

    • @canadiansa1nt309

I could see those things as an issue for some folks. There is a lot of reflection on this bike.

@@canadiansa1nt309 I'm sporting a cataract that I'm going to get removed in July. I'm only 55 but I got a cataract anyway. I'm sort of sensitive about glare for now. I'm even questioning if I should even be riding until I get the thing cleared up.

I rode both of the new baggers, while nice, no trade for me either. My Fat Boy feels more nimble with the setup I got, and lighter to handle.
Street Glide is nice, but Fat Boy still takes me home. I could see getting a 24 street glide as a long range touring bike doing 2 up with the girlfriend on the back if I was rich. But I'm not haha.

Hey I'm never I negative type of guy nor have I ever gave a negative comment on any video. But here is what I have to say. Dude where is the honest review? If you didn't have enough time in the saddle why call this a review? Just so you can push a video out? I don't see any honesty here nor this was a review
