  • TaiChi mainly focus on both QiGong and Martial arts. and all the movements involve with energy practice. I think there are a lot of people when they start to learn TaiChi or QiGong, they are eager to feel the energy, eager to lead the energy, but actually it is more important to let it go. flowing energy is not only from your thinking, it is more like let the energy flow by natural way. In order the flow the energy by natural way, the important point is relaxation. When your body become very soft and relax, your enegy will be flow by itself. if your muscle can't relax, only use your mind to think, it is not the real, you may will force your body, it will turn out block your body and block your energy. so the best way is try to relax your body, the more you relax your body, the more energy will come and flow in your body
    Hope you enjoy It.

Very good explanation of relaxing and expanding. Very few people talk about expansion, and yet it is of primary importance in tai chi. It is refreshing to hear someone talk about it.
