    I love these little bikes. Just picked up a mint 15 model late last year. I’m going to order up a pro circuit exhaust for it. Your video is excellent. Thanks for the video, as it will help. I’m in a neighboring state, so my getting should be similar. Ironically the bike came from your beck of the woods. For a 52 year old dude, I love riding these little bikes. Lol.

    Awesome video man really helped! The person who owned my dirt bike previously did a airbox mod and took the baffle out but no bigger jets. I got some on the way now!

    Thanks for the video!! I just ordered a 2023 XR150L and was wondering if the mods would give it better gas mileage or worst?

    Hey so i have a 2013 crf 150f i bought it with an fmf exhaust and I’m not getting the power response I’m wanting and doesn’t like running in the cold, just wondering what i should do and what to get and were to get it. Im at about 1000 elevation if that means a deal, Thanks.

      Well with out having in front of me and knowing exactly how it’s acting and what the jetting is at it’s hard to say. Unless it has been jetted properly after the fmf was installed I’d bet it’s running lean and is asking for more fuel. I would suggest pulling the carb and looking to see what your jetting is and use that as a base line. Thanks for watching and please subscribe for future project. I do appreciate it

    Hi! 04' Honda crf150f owner here - The final jets you threw in that last bike were 42/PiIot Jet and a 108/Main Jet correct?

    Great video, ive been trying to adjust my jets because the bike i bought was at an elevation of about 500 and now im at 4500. The bike turns on with the choke all the way on but when i go down to the middle position it turns off. Do you think thats the jets

    • @DIRTBIKEFAB
      @DIRTBIKEFAB  2 года назад +2

      I’m sure it will need some jetting changes for that elevation. But sounds like it has a plugged pilot jet or pilot passage is plugged. I would suggest cleaning those first and then start the jetting procedure. Thanks for watching and please subscribe if you haven’t already

    Couple questions for you! First off awesome video really helped your detail was awesome thank you for that! Now I have a 16 crf150f pipe BBR 195 kit in it and I run vp t4 in everything even my mowers lol I’m in Colorado at 6k elevation you did a 108 main and pilot was? Also do you have any other way to adjust air screw underneath without using the motion pro 90 dollar tool or do you have another method to cause I can’t get in there between my starter wire and carb it’s very close to each other!

    • @DIRTBIKEFAB
      @DIRTBIKEFAB  2 года назад +2

      First off thanks for watching. So the pilot jet I ended up with was a 42. And unfortunately I don’t have another trick to adjust the mixture screw other than a similar tool. They are kind of tricky. I don’t recall off hand what brand of tool mine is. It’s one I purchased years ago and all the writing has since worn off. Thanks again for the support and if you haven’t yet please share my videos and don’t forget to subscribe if you haven’t already. 2 wheels in dirt for life🤘

      I would start with checking the needle valve and float. That’s usually the culprit

      @@DIRTBIKEFAB thanks but it started when I put the new jets in I put a 112 should I go down

    • @DIRTBIKEFAB
      @DIRTBIKEFAB  2 года назад +1

      @@crfgangs2446 the size of the jets will not cause it to leak gas. The only thing that can cause an external leak would be caused form a stuck needle valve or a stuck float. May try giving the side of the carb a few light taps with something to see if the valve is just hung open. They stick some times
