You're 100% right. Audi has nailed the 20 mile to work and back journey, easy to drive but fun enough on a B-Road. M140i might not be quite as good as a daily but it just has that excitement that the rs3 doesn't have.
@@vollcare4076 when you start modding the suspension on the Rs3, and stuff like engine mounts and dog bone mount, it becomes a lot more exciting and is more of an experience.

Totally agree with that. I've got a ttrs with 560bhp and an m235i with 430bhp. The ttrs makes me laugh when it's going fast but is pretty boring day unless your flat out. The m235i keeps you on your game. It's not as fast but it's a more enjoyable drive in general.

Yes the RS3 interior and performance is more superior. However, being the only RWD hatchback with a 6 pot engine, it makes the 140 a completely different category to any other car. The 140 is much more fun in my opinion having driven both of them. The price your paying for a 140 over an RS3 is a no brainer. The 140s stock performance is very close behind the RS3 and just doesn’t justify why you would pay double for an RS3.
Got an s3 still (Java green so a little different) good car but the seats are uncomfortable (sat on not in!) and the brake pedal feels too high for the accelerator? Is this the same with the rs3? i can’t get comfy!
Before spending 800 pounds on MSS springs and again 500 pounds on Bilstein damper, I would spend 700-900 pounds on ST-XA coilover or KW Street Comfort: Money way better spend
Power gets old quick, for me personally 4wd is boring as hell and thats not something you can change. 4 cylinder also sounds awful and again thats not something that can be changed.

M140 is still ab almost perfect daily, once you get rid of the stock passive suspension

The leather on the seats in the M135i/140i is pretty crappy, feels like plastic, not sure if this is a BMW thing.
