Brantley's music saved my life.. I mean this in a literal sense too. I lost someone not too long ago and I was going thru it. I couldn't cope with her death and I was drinking every night, blowing thru my cash on the drink and drugs. I heard "just as I am" and just cried.. it was such a release. It changed my thought process. This man saved my life and I'll never be able to personally thank him for it. Maybe this is the next best thing. Thank you BG. For speaking the words I couldn't and still can't seem to find.

I was saved by the King of Glory! He can do the same for you. My wife and I were at the point of death looking death straight in the face all the while there was a greater plan. No greater plan would have ever taken place in my life without the events that led up to that moment. I surrendered in the window of a hospital when my wife lay on life support and 1st thing she heard when she was coming to was prayer. The most high answered at the most urgent time and by his grace we’ve been saved! That event happened back in May of 2011 and has changed us forever. We all fall short of the glory of God but are saved by his grace and forgiveness. I hope this isn’t to much but I am a child of the most high and by his grace I’ve been saved! Be blessed

This brought tears to my eyes. I’m 18 years old and I’m about ready to serve a mission for the Lord but have been feeling unworthy to do so because I have been struggling with an addiction and I felt like a wretch. But this song changed my perspective and made me realize I am worthy to go. Doesn’t matter how much you sinned. God and Jesus Christ still and always will love you. Just like that part from the New Testament when Christ forgave that woman who committed adultery, He forgave and told her to sin no more. That’s us and Christ is willing to forgive us if we come unto Him. So come unto Him. Come unto Christ.

My sister informed me that this song reminds her of me and the 34 year old cousin we lost in a car accident Aug 7 2020 she thought I'd die of cancer in either 2019 or 2020.
It's hard when you walking in hell on Earth every day. Waking,walking, living breathing all alone. So you reach for the only thing you hold on to instead the Fire and Brimstone. The one the thing that holds you is the one thing you can't see and that a dusty old Bible. And each day you take one foot in the other some days it's hard to explain and somedays you screaming at the top of your lungs and hoping God is listening.

My son Kyle left for the Navy four days ago. We were riding down the road and he said mom have you heard this song by Brantley Gilbert. I said no Kyle I haven’t. He played it for me and I made a video of him driving down the road. God only knows how much I miss my sons. Kyle looked over at me and smiled. And My son Seth left for the army three weeks ago. Please pray for God to protect my sons and bring them back safe to their mommy and family. It’s so difficult without them here. Tears fall like rain, while my heart is broken. I’m staying up worrying about my sons. It’s very hard to let the boys grow up and become a man. I am very proud of the path they have chosen. Thank you Brantley Gilbert for making amazing songs that mothers can listen to with their sons, while making precious memories.

My wife and I are both recovering alcoholics that decided to recommit our lives to Jesus about 11 years ago. We are leaders in our church but more importantly we run a Christian Recovery program that focuses on loving there person where they are. We also have our own podcast for those that don't feel like they "fit" in the Christian community because that is how we feel. The thing is, we do fit. Perfectly in between a world that doesn't know Him and one that thinks the know Him more. We are broken and willing to admit it but also know God loves us just the same...
