where can i buy a mountain man pole?
Great video. When installing the ram mount on the front are you just using self tapping screws? I’m unsure if alumacrafts are all aluminum like my ranger 1782. Also, what fasteners are you using to hide the wires under the rail from the bow to the console? Any info would be greatly appreciated!
Can we go a little in depth for us non so experienced , where are the wires coming from straight off the battery to the console with a breaker ?
Absolutely! On this particular boat we used one of the open spots on the factory breaker panel that is located under the dash and used a 3 amp fuse. If you do not have a break panel you can run 16 gauge power wires back to your battery and put in a fuse holder with 3 amp fuse on the positive wire and connect direct to the battery. Bigger machines like Solix and Apex or Helix 12 and 15 that use more power we would run 14 gauge wire and you would use a 5 amp fuse. Hopefully this answers your question!

Why would you do that? Why would you go with mega live; it’s crap. There’s just no difference in the money and you could have the best if you go with Garmin or Lowrance
While your handicap in yourself, you should just go for a double handicap and take a drill to the boat hall and drill a hole in your boat because it’s about the same thing that thing is not worth bolting on
Hummingbird would have been better served to put the money they spent on mega life into the tournament organizations paying people to fish without Ford facing sonar
Meg alive is a black square turd, not worth the effort to bolt on,.
