Learned it from psycho therapist. Irvin Yalom. It’s basically Carl Roger’s concept of Unconditional Positive Regard

Yes, you’re right!!! I’m looking for one that specializes in narcissism. Jesus is my Heavenly Father and He is all I need. I love Him so much. There’s no more sadness in my life. I’ve been reborn and now on a mission to share the same with those who are hurting.
For anyone reading my comment who is hurting, scared, living your life in fear, depressed, I’m praying for you. When you hurt, I hurt and I know there are so many in need. I can feel the pain through the comments. Also, channels such as this one, serve as a source of healing. Really educate yourself on narcissism. Knowledge is power! God bless everyone on their journey for healing. God is good and so is his undying love for his children; YOU! ❤

Believe me I love them too. They take so much time! I was suppose to release a LONG video this week, but I couldn’t get it out on time. You’ll get your long video on Sunday. I promise!!! Thanks for supporting!

I'm gonna tell my doctor that I think it's time I seek a therapist. My OCD has been really overwheIming me lately. But first, can I ask a therapeutic question to you, to tie me over before the mysterious future of my therapy?

@@TheChocolateTherapist Well, it's kind of complicated. See, I live with my mom, and my OCD affects my relationship with her. Whenever we have an argument or she says something to offend me (unintentionally), I don't stop expressing my annoyance, or telling her off, especially when I feel like she isn't listening or respecting me. I always end up apoIogizing, and sometimes I even buy her a treat as an apoIogy. Here's the thing though: I think it's possible I'm apoIogizing (and feeding her) more for myself than her. My mom isn't interested in apoIogies, she's a forgive and move on type of person. I'm not. Based on her view, I don't _have_ to apoIogize, but I do anyway, I guess to make me feel better. If I don't apoIogize, I'll feel bad. And, not only that, it's also possible I apoIogize so I can redeem myself and have pride. There are good/honorable and bad/dishonorabIe people in this world. My confIicts with my mom make me feel like I could never be the former. I could be a hero one day, and still feel bad about my past. Maybe this is just my OCD and intru sive thought/feelings, but maybe I do apoIogize so I can hold on to that pride and self-honor (and help end the guiIt). But that would be seIfish wouldn't it? Does that make me a bad person, or near it?
