@russvoight1167 National Nuclear Security Administration is an Office of the Dept of Energy. Most specifically, the Office of Secure Transportation (OST) is responsible for the safe and secure transport of government-owned special nuclear materials in the contiguous United States.

@@jeffs-reviews Theres a RUclips video on it somewhere that talks more about the trailer and its security I saw recently, its basically a boobytrapped vault on wheels. If someone manages to gain access to the cab or otherwise tries to make off with the trailer, the axles have explosives in them that will make moving it much more difficult. If you could somehow break into it, there are traps in there they will electrocute you. There were a few other things, but those are what stuck out to me the most. Basically, even if you somehow overpower the security and gain control of the trailer, its next to impossible to escape with it or crack open the contents in the small window of time before the helicopter gunships welcome you. Some guy in the comments was a veteran who was a missile tech a few decades ago, and said if someone was actually attempting to take a nuke, a high 3-figure amount of soldiers would be mobilized immediately. Fascinating to think about.... makes me happy to know they are protected so vigorously.

That is an ICBM warhead from a military base to the field or vice versa. Around bases like Minot you would see them occasionally.
