@Leonard Chornomaz it's because they know that if road is not blocked or closed it's no one important and the fact that support police vehicles have horn and siren is to make their way out. You can notice the actual motorcade security does not use spec signal and their strobe lights are off.

One time when I was visiting Jerusalem, I was staying on the twelfth floor of a hotel and I had a view of the King David hotel, which is very popular among diplomats. I was watching a motorcade drive by when suddenly this old Jewish man (probably half blind, half deaf) walked across the street right in front of the main limo, the limo didn’t quite stop in time and bumped into him. The man was pissed off and started yelling at the car, I’m assume he didn’t know it was a motorcade because he proceeded to pound his fists on the hood. The second he did three large men rushed out of another vehicle and tackled him to the ground.

I drove a vehicle in multiple motorcades when Pres Clintonwas in Detroit. Also got to work Security with the Secret Service at several events. It was a blast.

How beautiful is my country Uruguay, where each elected president has the same rules as any citizen, they stop at traffic lights and do not have more than a couple of guards and sometimes they do not have any and the most beautiful thing is that you can find him walking , driving and even shopping in any supermarket with no one around. Anyone can approach him, shake his hand, take a photo with him and talk as if nothing had happened, regardless of what political party one is. I love my country 🇺🇾

At 3:28 the the presidents limo didn't get stuck the front suspension collapsed at that point, I think the airbags popped possibly

The last one was odd. If they were under fire and the primary protection vehicle was stopped the USSS would have moved the protectee to another vehicle much faster. That was slow and left them in an unplanned stationary position too long.
They tried hard to get Dubya dead. They can't. Starting with 9/11 Florida.

I believe the Counter Assault Teams(CATs) are in the armored Suburban type vehicles with the liftgates or rear windows lifted to the open position.
I think the driver and front seat occupant are supposed to stay inside the vehicle while two of the middle seat occupants and two of the rear seat occupants dismount if needed to do counterasault actions. I have never been able to tell if there are 4, 5, or 6 agents total in the middle and rear compartments. If you see a photograph of the rear of those CAT vehicles it usually looks like a black void. You can't see the agents most of the time.
Surprisingly that happened in Israel. Eventually the car got towed away
The men around the president, the drivers and even the presidential cars were all Americans, imported in Italy on purpose with US military flights, so if you find it slow complain with the USSS themselves, because it's them that you see in the video.
The Italian police was just escorting and closing roads.

Accidentally going into motorcade, but he passed police cordon that stoped everyone else. That's how you get arrested.
arrest... yes. charge? maybe. convict? unlikely. if it's a mistake they can figure that out AFTER the motorcade passes. until then, safety first. Most likely the guy went on his way after being questioned and identified.

What did he think was going to happen when he passed through all the barricades and tried to avoid even the last ones arriving at few meters from one of the most important and protected men in the world? The road was clearly closed! All the other people were standing without crossing it. Why was he supposed to be special? Because he was riding a bike? Because he was eco-friendly?

He's a biker in New York City, he deserved it all. Almost all pedestrian and vehicle drivers hate these bicyclists. never in their bike lanes, always skipping red lights, even red lights that are specifically for bicyclists, I mean always. Driving in the wrong direction of the road, weaving through tight spots, I've even had one guy break my side mirror and just peddle away like nothing happened, not stopping for pedestrians and incoming traffic, thinking they're above the law. They bully pedestrians cause they're on a bicycle and are just asking to get hit by a car so they can get the driver of a car in trouble, because the car guy is always at fault. With that being said, good job officer!
The presidential limos should have 2 back doors that open per side so they can make a bullet proof sort of tunnel between the two if a transfer is needed in the middle of the street.

You can't 100% eliminate the possibility of a sniper picking up HVT's, not with all bodyguards in the world.

It didnt break down. It is so heavily modified, easily weighs 10x that factory spec. The angle of that driveway and the sharp change at the peak is what GROUNDED the frame against the pavement. The car did not break down. It got stuck.

Colby harley The 10 minute rule is only about applying ads in the middle of the video. The creator didn't do that, so he could have made it 9:59 and nothing would have been different.

Car had to be towed (lifted) because the 'special' £400 battery not available locally. Ferrari, yes, they do have good red colour!

Just today some useless eu official pretty much stopped the traffic in my city for like 30 minutes. That can result in a millions of euros in losses just so some random politician who hasnt worked a day in his/her life gets to the airport.
