    You recipe isn’t clear otherwise it’s a nice cake to try. It’s hard for beginner

      2 cups all purpose flour
      2 cups granulated sugar
      1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
      2 tsp. Baking powder
      1/2 tsp. Ground cinnamon
      1 pinch of kosher salt
      3 cups of milk divided (2% or whole milk)
      1/2 cup vegetable oil
      2 large eggs ( she used Pete and Gerry's organic eggs)
      2 tsp. Vanilla extract
      8 ounce sweet condensed milk
      6 ounce evaporated milk
      Direction mix wet ingredients together with only 2 cups of the milk( the evaporated milk,sweet condensed milk and the remaining 1 cup of milk you mix in separate bowl for the 3 milks that you will pour over cake after done) set aside, mix dry ingredients together set aside in mixer with wet ingredients slowly add dry ingredients while mixing.
      Her whipped frosting:
      1 cup heavy cream
      1 and 1/2 tbsp. Of granulated sugar
      1 tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
      1/4 tsp. Vanilla extract
      Chocolate shavings for garnish
      Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes in a 9 by 13 inch pan after cool you pour the 3 milk mixer over cake that you prepared ahead of time with poked holes, wrap refrigerate, the longer in frigerator the better I think she said 2 hours. Then you can make whipped cream frosting to add. Enjoy.
