Where would the wiring problem come from I tested fan connector wire and in the relat with test light had no power in cooling relay port but had power in heater and crank
I changed the sensor switch on top of the thermostat and the 2 sensors below the distributor and my cooling fan doesnt come on when i turn on the ac and it's supposed to but never does. I checked my relays and fuses and they're fine. I thought maybe my fan needs to be replaced but I ran alligator clips from the cooling fan (fan on passenger side) directly to the battery and the cooling fan came on with no problem. So my question is why isnt my cooling fan turning on when I turn on the ac???? The fan on the driver side comes on without any problems.
On a 2006 honda civic ex driver side fan spins whenever ac is on but the passenger side fan doesn't spin. Already tried the paper clip in the thermostat switch plug . And fan doesn't come on. Also test the fan by hooking up to battery nothing. Test to see if the fan plug is getting power and nothing. All fuses are good & relays are getting power . Any ideas?

I have a 1995 Honda civic dx and the radiator fan motor is not working. Fan motor runs, changed the temp sensor and thermostat, changed the relay and fuse too. Is there a separate fuse under the dash apart from the one under the hood?
Thanks for the video. What if the fan works with the paper clip jumper and there's coolant all the way to the top and the still won't turn on automatically when plugged in the temp sensor? Ps: the temp sensor is also new. I cant think of anything else causing the fan to not work. Do you have any ideas? Thanks in advance.
@Jimmy man i can't really remember, got rid of that car long time ago. But i think it was the cooling fan switch, not the temp sensor. It's what completes the circuit and sends voltage to the relay.

How are you getting power ... when your negative battery is disconnect??
keen eye lol. I had the terminals connected to another battery. You can spot the jumper cables at 1:48.

Alex Rivas yes there's a fuse box under ur dashboard,locate the radiator an condenser fan fuse mine is 20 amp,check if it's busted

i have a 01 corolla the fan comes on when the ac is on is that normal? it usually comes on once the car starts😕
yeah that's normal when you want cold air the AC turns on and the fans turn on everytime you turn on the ac

sergio hernandez check ur fuse box under ur dashboard,locate the 20amp fuse for radiator and condenser fan...replace if it's busted
