It’s been a long week of much socializing after the engagement, it’s been so wonderful to celebrate with family (though my brain is out of energy, as you can see in this video I refer to mushrooms as plants because I definitely need a nap, haha!). After finally going back home, I am welcoming some days to rest and recharge puttering about the house 🏠 I have a lot of upcoming projects planned: baking, broom making, pumpkins, and planning for next years wedding - I am excited to share it all with you ❤️

The other day I left my home to go to work and stopped for a few precious moments to look at several small spider webs that were silvery with the morning dew. It brought me joy. We live in southern Maryland and literally cannot see the sunsets due to the amount of trees around us... so it was wonderful to see the beautiful and incredible purple sunset over the mountains there.....

Work has been so busy that oftentimes I save your videos for my downtime. I especially love the time lapse and agree: It's magical. This soothing video, and permission to follow ones passions hit the spot. I am trying to find my creative outlet (outside of work) and am finding it challenging. Seeing the landscape and vistas in your videos makes me yearn for the four seasons, in which I haven't seen for years as I currently live in FL. I am left to my senses imagining cool, crisp air to breathe, and warmed hues of fallen leaves to see, home grown food to taste, cozy sweaters and pajamas to feel, and ever moving waterways to hear, and witness it's flow. I needed this so much today. My dog has been diagnosed with a tumor and he only has a couple of days here. The last part of the video made me feel a little sad but also very thankful for the time and memories I made with my little baby Meeko. He and I thank you for giving us these beautiful visuals and nostalgic feelings of days gone by. 💗🐶

What has always amazed me about mushrooms is they mostly grow in the dark yet are high in the "sunshine" vitamin D, truly amazing.

I just found your channel. I just love it. It's so very helpful to me. I have stage 4 spinal bone cancer. I am a Mother of 7 and a Grandmother of 5 and a Great Grandmother of 12. Time has gone by so fast. You watch. I'm very happy with my live. I have a wonderful Husband of 60 years. We love each other so. We live in Utah. Our children are all very good people. I was fascinated in the mushrooms you grew! And the greens looked equally as delicious as the other. I love how you look at life...our world, and all that grows in it. I needed this so much today. My dog has been diagnosed with a tumor and he only has a couple of days here. The last part of the video made me feel a little sad but also very thankful for the time and memories I made with my little baby Meeko. He and I thank you for giving us these beautiful visuals and nostalgic feelings of days gone by. 💗🐶
Having recently lost my dear little dog to an aggressive tumor, I feel your pain. Saying goodbye is the hardest part of loving these small creatures.
I am so sorry. Nothing anyone says really makes the loss easier to bear, but I am truly sorry for what you are going through.
I’m so sorry. I was sitting here crying for the same reason.. my dog has probably a week left because of cancer. I was feeling very alone and your comment reminded me that I’m not the only one going through this pain. Hugs to you and your baby Meeko during this difficult time.

And I wanted know the same thing. And once harvested, do they grow anew like broccoli. Harvest main head, but you still get florets. Same with mushrooms?

I am fascinated by how you know exactly what to eat and how you can eat off if the wild things growing near by. I would end up deathly ill because I would not know exactly what I would be consuming but this is why you are so healthy and vibrant. I am in awe of you like many other.
