    I’m sitting here watching and eating my mandarin orange sorbet, made with my Ninja Creami. All that’s in this is mandarin orange slices in water…no sugar no cream. It’s fabulous! Next time you make your orange sherbet, throw in som mandarin slices. It will give it an extra kick of orange flavor.

    I followed this recipe to the t, and it turned out weird. It puts a weird coating in my mouth like that of a little Debbie coffee stick. I have made many recipes using this creami, and they’ve all been very good. While making this sherbet, I also made lime sherbet and it’s amazing. I can’t for the life of me figure out what I did wrong. Any ideas?
    I used pasteurized orange juice, not from concentrate. Next time I think I’ll use fresh squeezed oranges and add some zest.

    • @ReensPlace
      @ReensPlace  2 года назад +1

      Im really not sure. That didn't happen with mine, and I have made it since I made this video with no problems. Please let me know how it turns out with fresh squeezed.

      Maybe use a lighter cream. Heavy cream can turn into butter when overmixed.

    • @ReensPlace

      Hi Linda! I got mine from the ninjakitchen.com website. It is 16" tall and could definitely fit under my cabinets. The one from Ninja is 800 watts, but I believe the one on qvc has less watts than that. I am very happy with my purchase. 😊

    • @louk2204
      @louk2204 Год назад +2

      You need to read your Creami instructions… there is a reasons why it comes out powdery… to correct, you can respin as many times as needed to make it smooth; if you make a hole and add a little more milk and the respin, that usually smooths it out… good luck!

  • @lippa2105
    @lippa2105 3 месяца назад

    It's a bit confusing... if it's "sorbet" why wouldn't you push the sorbet button? Why push the the ice cream button? I know you're reading out of the book, I just don't understand why they say that.
