"Everything's Eventual" is a great collection of short stories. The titular story is a great, slowly-building suspense story about getting everything you wish for, "Lunch at the Gotham Cafe" is a sharp shock of madcap violence, "The Man in the Black Suit" reads like an old school piece of Americana Folklore and you even get to dip a toe into The Dark Tower series with "The Little Sisters of Eluria". But "Riding the Bullet" legitimately haunted me. There was a movie adaptation that wasn't great, but the short story really, genuinely unsettled me for a long time afterwards.

Video starts: I'm Eyepatch Wolf, and welcome to the twilight zone
I'm glad I'm not the only one who got Rod Serling vibes from that intro.
I gotta say, I love that you included Mitchie M as the first topic, I absolutely love their music!
OOO It's always nice to see a fellow Vocaloid fan!
Very Silent Hill 2-esque line delivery, this year's fall vid is definitely my favorite in terms of presentation!
I haven't seen Eyepatch's face before. But God I wasn't expecting him to look like that.
Gosh, I always adore your MFT videos, I always learn about the most bizarre and wonderful things from you. I also appreciate the live action, definitely fun to see you on camera!
Vinland saga is going to be a classic in the future tm😁😁
Oh shit he noticed the homie Nerrel!!! That guy definitely deserves way more subs and if I were to rate his channel I’d give it 15 tingles out of 10.
Super Eyepatch Wolf: "... horror filim."

Mega Die Patch Wolf: 16:30
Thanks dude! i have been searching for Syrmor's channel since i saw his video about the pigglet kid and i did not have a source to lock for. i thought it was just a one off video, but knowing that there is more i can't wait to dive in and watch them all.
JoJo fans: Stands are cool because they always have a weakness
*Golden Wind: You have to upgrade your Stand because the Boss is invulnerable*
diavolo can be beaten by star platinum if jotaro time stops before diavolo pulls off a time skip
I'm pretty sure there is an argument against this but I'm too lazy to bother
@@Fr00stee Epitath will warn him that he is going to do that.

I really like your video's Super Eyepatch Wolf, I just love you just talk about your passion and what you like, or think about something.
“We’ll start off with horror for babies...”
“Me! Me! I’m a lightweight when it comes to horror! Is it the new Are You Afraid of the Dark trailer? Is it Monster High? Is it Emily Carroll’s work on Baba Yaga’s Assistant? Is it the recent Goosebumps comics because those are actually-”
*shows a movie with a decapitated head*
“...oh okay then.”
I got so excited when I saw Syrmor on this list! his channel is one of my favorites for pretty much all the things you said
I’m a simple man, I see ohedo juliet night miku in the thumbnail. I click
You sir have a dangerous power of persuasion I didn't even get to the end of the 1408 segment before I burned a credit on Audible and currently listening to the short story in the car
The only things I wait for along with Gigguk’s Seasonal Anime thing whenever a season ends
I'm so glad you talked about House! It's been a favorite of mine for so many years. Finally seeing it in 35mm last month was a great experience
If you like the Vinland Anime, you're gonna love the manga...
I immediately subscribed to syrmor because I knew just from the short clips you showed that it’s something special like in VR all that’s left is your humanity and I want to listen to their stories
Did you ever check out the only season of Sim-bionic Titan? Probably one of the great losses of animation that it didn't get a second one.
I'm giggling uncontrollably at the intro of this, something that only unsettling things tends to do to me, very well done!
12:14 before you say that, you MUST watch beastars, it's an amazing anime/manga series that gets injustice from both netflix keeping it on limbo so we have to rely on fansubs IN THIS DAY AND AGE and people calling it "furry shit" (also, since you like insane battle series, give shuumatsu no yalkyrie a try, it's a monthly manga series where 13 historical badasses fight 13 gods of various mithos, and religions, the art is beautyful and the character expressions are amazingly insane)
are you a manga reader?
@@undertoned-418 fuck yes.
Yeah Netflix sucks and I will admit it looked like "furry shit" to me but I decided to check out the intro for it, it was cute and amazing and now I just have to watch it. Might get the manga as well.
@@TheAutistWhisperer i recomend you either look for subs or go straight into the manga if you don't wanna deal with all the headache, then after 3 to 1 day of binge watching you'll still be waiting for episode 3, because netflix be like that.
@@leninthebeaniesouhacker.2459 what's show direction? Because so far i really don't underatand where this show is getting at.
Kengan Ashura is super slept-on. If “gladiatorial fistfights in place of business meetings” doesn’t interest you even a little bit, you should get yourself checked out.
