So 25y ago I was resting/eyes closed I saw a blue “energy” looking human attached with a cord to me. We looked at each other and it scared the “me” that was in bed and the what I now call “blueguy” into my body on the bed. I have since learned to lucid dream and once I was super relaxed meditating and I saw the blue arm coming out of my “human” arm Scared me again and it’s sucked back in. I want to be able to not be scared of it- I can lucid dream and LOVE it and I know I could AP. But myself seeing something else connected to my body high key scares me. Healthy advice appreciated ❤
