Psilocybin is an ancient and powerful medicine. It is amusing that “modern” medicine is only now trying to understand what Indigenous people have know for a millennia.
Exploring psilocybin was a profound journey for me, it was the beginning of my path towards healing after years of battling heroin addiction. I'm 3 years clean now and i must tell you, the experience was incredibly therapeutic. It felt like a gentle unraveling of the knots in my mind, lifting the heavy fog of depression and anxiety that had plagued me for so long.
Mushrooms did wonders in my life. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder 18 years ago as a teenage after losing my dad. Got diagnosed with ADHD. Was actually addicted to cigarettes. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.
I love hearing great life changing stories like this. I want to become a mycologist because honestly mushrooms are the best form of medicine (most especially the psychedelic ones) There are so many people today used magic mushrooms to ween off of SSRI medication- its amazing! Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death buddy, lets be honest here.
Hey mates! Can you help with the source? I suffer severe anxiety, panic and depression and I usually take prescription medicine, but they don't always help. Where can I find those psilocybin mushrooms? I'm really interested in treating my mental health without Rxs. I live in Australia don't know much about these. I'm so glad they helped you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏
Mushrooms are very medicinal. This is why anybody familiar with psilocybin and any other kind of fungi will tell you, "They are alive." They have a very ancient wisdom. To my experience, all mushrooms have always said, "Pay attention to your life. How you think, how you feel, and what will you do with the information that you always knew, but now are seeing in this point of view." This is why mushrooms are so respected in tribal cultures. This mental health treatment works for me too. Half micro doses do the trick for me. At least a few days at a time with lengthy time in between. Never addictive. Thank you for sharing this point!
Research shows that psilocybin mushrooms have promising results for mental health support, particularly in reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD.
I have been depressed for a long time, but after taking shrooms few months ago, l feel much happier and highly motivated and my ADHD gone , lost a ton of anxiousness and had a few epiphanies about how I should live my life. I decided to buy an ounce for backup, but haven’t yet felt the need to take any more since then.
I am for freedom? The question I ask you how do you define drugs? Alcohol? caffeine? Nicotine? Corn syrup? How about all the chemicals in the foods we eat daily?
Right. All of the above. Well, the point is: it's not the government's business to be our nanny and tell us what we can and cannot put into our bodies.
Having experienced psilocybin, the visions and shared emotions can feel profoundly relatable and authentic. However, to someone who hasn't had this experience, it might seem unfamiliar and even incorrect.
Nick is just spitting fire here: I feel like he pulled exactly the right information from his interviewees. The clear arc and bipartisan conclusions just make me so hopeful for the future as a 23 year-old. 10/10
I'm 49, married, 1 child, mortgage and averagely paid job. I don't drink, don't smoke - I'm mindful of the products I buy and their environmental impact, I drive the least polluting car I can afford and haven't flown in 13 years. 4 - 5 times per year when I can arrange to be alone for 2 days I take LSD, lie on a bed with eyeshades and headphones on and enjoy my drug of choice. Clearly I'm dangerous and must be stopped.
Psychedelic’s definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it’s just so hard to source here
LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."
Loved this. I battle from depression, anxiety & C-PTSD, I’ve heard shrooms cured depression. Wish doctors were more open to natural medicines over big pharma but we know why
One of my best experience in my life was doing lsd and writing a paper on my interpretation of God and how the universe works, it was amazing and I got an A in the college class of comparative religion
After going blind in one eye and paralysis in my left hand I was on the verge of suicide. I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and spent years in a crippling depression. Because of a good friend, I turned to shamanic practices and psychedelics. This is where I found true healing. These high dose mushroom trips and dmt breakthroughs are the most profound experiences to be had in this life. I was shown a new paradigm and had experiences that modern science won't acknowledge and deems impossible. I was propelled into spaces of geometry and fractals, and arrived in a place that looks like a private chapel, and everything was jeweled and throbbing with energy and these machine like alien insect beings were performing cosmic surgery on me and communicating with me with a telepathic colored language. I came back and I couldn't believe it and my life has never been the same since it's much more meaningful and magical and now I'm able to get the most out of this life and live without the fear of death
Excellent video. I too am from the “Just say no” era so I have never taken anything other than prescribed medication. One of those meds is for depression and I have been on it for years and years and years. I wonder if treatment with psychedelics could mean not having to take a medication for such a long period. That would be beneficial.
I remember my first time. “Oh, no, I’ve never done any drugs!” Wait a second…I’ve done ALL KINDS of drugs. I’ve just done the drugs approved by the people I despise. “Give me those mushrooms and a square of chocolate, we’re doing this!” One of the best nights of my life.
Prescribed medication = state sanctioned medication This may be one of those areas in which the people's sense of right vs wrong is FAR ahead of the politicians.
The benefit you get from psychedelics is not even comparable to prescribed medication. That over the counter bullshit makes you feel drained and like you aren’t yourself meanwhile psychedelics bring the most YOU out of yourself you’ve probably had in years.
"Dropping out from the conventional path holds the key, and achieving this doesn't depend on substances. Rather, embracing a closer connection with nature can assist in quieting the mind and embracing the void. Remember that you're free to choose your own way, whether that involves drugs or not. The crucial step is to take that first step forward." Try just sitting alone in a room and seeing what happens in the mind a good starting point and reflection.
@@stevenverrall4527 What Jesus? Do you want that nasty cult guy in the Bible? Mushrooms made me a nature mystic, and I don't have to believe that biblical crap about sins and committing child abuse, to "save" those kids with traumatic experiences! Not that the philosophers and prophets were not taking strong medication if you read what they were doing! The bible is obviously a drug manual, but I think it is a good idea to prioritise safety! We don't live in the early "Iron Age" anymore.
The only problem I have with this is that a session would cost much more than it should why pay a few grand or few hundred when you can grow them yourself and integrate after.
I have noticed that there was a time when many cultures had shamen who used natural hallucinogens and psychedelics to take their mind to a place that enhanced leadership. also that things like art, advanced thought and language flourished at this time. i personally suspect that these substances and their interactions with our neurochemistry was the catalyst that propelled our minds where we could envision a life that we now define as human. i suspect the out of body experience from these substances is the catalyst that helped our minds project advanced 3 dimensional "seeing" that allowed us to see tools, language, concepts, art, equanimity, even religion: things that had not yet existed and/or do not exist in a physical plane. i suspect this experience elevated our consciousness out of the "kill to not be killed first" mentality we see daily on nation state media globally. What if the only thing that can save us from ourselves is a global collective exploration of psychedelics to find out if these are the key to what makes us what we aspire to BE. The timeline is very suggestive.
We've allready seen States claiming to be cash-strapped using drug legalization as another source of revenue for the state. In some cases there is great incentive to buy off the black market. As prices are sometimes lower, and in most situations they don't risk losing their second amendment rights. People need to be working towards decriminalization rather than legalization, with legalization the state can still exert control over these substances.
No, decriminalization is still illegal. It just becomes a ticketable offense instead of prison time you get a huge fine and go to court the whole nine yards. It's like making it like a traffic offense, which means it's still illegal. Legal means legal. It may mean that the state has some control over it, but you can't really avoid that with state legalization. Legalizing on the federal level is what is needed. Then, it's like cigarettes and booze where a state has to go through hoops to make it illegal. Like, some states or cities are dry and don't allow the sell of alcohol. However, you can still freely drink in those places, you just have to go the county over to buy it.
It feels amazing to know about psychedelics all thanks to this online store I was able to get some mushrooms and they got some lsd gummies cannabis xtc and another stuffs
I’m predicting Rick Doblin wins a Nobel prize for his contribution to mental wellness. I was honored to present him the Honey Badger Award at Psychedelics Science, 2023, for his tireless work. Peace. Zappy
It looked like a wonderful time. So many great speakers, so many great people, so much great art. I wish I could attend it in the future, but I'm rather poor and live in Europe, so it's not easy for me. But I thank you all for setting the whole thing up - great work!
I really hope that pychodelic assisted psychotherapy gets FDA approval soon and becomes available in Germany as well. I'm pretty sure that I do suffer from PTSD after having to see my mother slowly die from ALS only a few years after I wished her death after a heated argument as a teenager. I'm pretty sure that my dad suffers from Alcoholism as well. I did smoke weed (in combination with alcohol) as teenager during the time of the ALS diagnose but I think that was a bad idea. It only amplifed my bad state of mind and I feared that I developed a Psychotic breakdown. The doctors at the hospital prescribed me some Antipsychotics but that only made things worse. I did speak to a psychotherapist a couple of times but when she suggested that I should take SSRIs as well I stopped going. Eventually stopped talking the Antipsychotics, but I still break down into tears everytime I tell this story.
@charlotteandrew Thanks man, but my issue isn't getting psychedelics, but finding a therapist (or at least a trip sitter) who is willing to treat me under the influence of them. That's why I hope that these substances get accepted by the medical establishment. I'm pretty sure that I'm not at risk of doing any self-harm, so I can wait. I just want to get over the trauma of seeing my mother suffer like this so I never have to break down into tears again when sharing that story. I'm pretty content with my life even though I suffer from a lot of medical conditions since I was born. My parents had me pretty late (in their 40s) because my mother didn't trust modern medicine and rather went to a neuropathic doctor, who didn't tell her that she couldn't have any kids until she got her Thyroid removed. I nearly died during childbirth and my mother also tried treating the sepsis I got shortly after with homeopathy. Which makes two near-death experiences. The third one happened shortly after I got my driver's license. I was overtaking a car on the Autobahn on a stretch that didn't have a speed limit. Luckily the driver in the left lane was still able to overtake me.
@@Ninjaeule97 trust that you'll get there! With or without psychedelics you're able to heal anything/from anything. Anything physical, emotional, energetical, mental, spiritual. It took me many years of surviving/coping and overloading my system that at some point my body/system was burned out and failing. I hit rock bottom and knew I had to find a way to heal. If you do decide to use psychedelics, make sure you do your homework first. How to prepare, what to expect, what kind of setting do you want, who are the providers/guides & what are their experiences, how big is the group, does this feel right for you, is it the right time, what to do when you get stuck, what do I really want, what am I willing to let go, am I willing to transform, etc? Your inner voice (intuition/instinct/Atman/your higher self) is your best guide in anything. Not to confuse the inner voice with the the negative, complaining, scared, controlling ego. A one time experience can help you a long way on various levels, but depending on what you truly seek in your core it can take many years. The true healing is done by you. When you're willing to let go, the body/system does it on it's own (like a scratch on your skin that heals naturally). 🦋❤
Mushrooms don’t know they’re illegal. Psychedelics have been absolutely INSTRUMENTAL in my recovery from alcoholism and drug addiction. I brought them on board at 5 years sober due to treatment resistant depression and 40 years of suicidal ideation and all that it entails. DMT was first, the mushrooms then ketamine. Each have, and continue, to support my mental and emotional wellbeing and health in wonderful ways! ❤ Thank you god, Mother Nature, same thing, for the all natural healing medicines.
The thing about psychedelics is they aren't addictive. you don't go on a trip and then say "oh I totally want to do that again" It's intense. It's not something toy would want to do all the time nor can you because your body builds a tremendous resistance to it.
It changed my life at 18 while in the Army. Home on leave had one Sandoz microcap LSD at a party. Totally changed me, while in the Army I was on Army boxing team, paratrooper, top shot into when I got out of the service a peacenik artist. I don't regret a second of it all and I am almost eighty.
As a Native American, why would the NA want to limit the medicines. Getting upset about medical use is misplaced. I know these medicines and when you know what this is and who we are, you want EVERYONE to step toward medicine and see the reality of who we are!
I'm a child of the "just say no" era. From the commercial of the frying egg being your brain on drugs... Now,that's my disclaimer. Life and a ton of emotional suffering, has chiseled a lot of my preconceived judgments about drugs, be then from big pharma, nature,or whatever. I have experienced so much unresponsive to prescribed drug , emotional grief, it would take a book, to describe the past 18 years of my life. As a matter of fact I might write that book one day. After all, every asshole ii know has written or is writing one. Having said all of that,Im in a mental space now of do what you gotta do, to heal yourself. Now, the part that I am not buying, is that this movement it's all about making medicinal psychedelics available to every joe schmo that needs it and for the betterment of humanity. BULLSHIT! Why? Because big pharma it's already in there sniffing MONEY! Because the people that can make this thing happen, some are politicians, the biggest, greediest assholes to roam the Earth. I would love for these types of documentaries to paint the complete picture. Yes this not new aboriginal compounds, are or can be better than prozac or whatever. Yes, we have humanity's best interest at work, and yes,we stand to make a shitload of money. That's a documentary I could get behind, and support, because it is closer to REALITY! So please stop the bullshit, call a thing a thing, and don't try to commit, the potential money making machine this is going to be. We humans are a self serving greedy species. And now the bastards of big pharma are trying to patent nature! And they will find a way. And like we do, we everything that starts noble and good, we are going to get human on it's adds. It reminds me, of a little social platform that got started with the best of intentions, started as a network of like minded individuals at Harvard I think it was.little old Facebook. And with time, and humans with no real inner Life, it became the circus that it is today. Where people take pictures of whom they're not. Post shit, they should keep to themselves. And look around it,in hopes to find whose having it worst than them,or posting shit to make themselves look and feel, how they wish, their reality will match, and then get the approval or like of hundreds of not thousand of friends, who they would not recognize if they see each other on the streets. I hope in the bunch behind this movement , there is someone with integrity and heart, that can stear this thing, not off a cliff of greed. P.s. mark my words AA, get ready for a ton of relapses. This shit ain't for everybody, and the people that would be dispensing it, will put up the appearance of giving a shit. Not while there's money rolling Take New Mexico, legalized weed awhile back, produced a bunch of entrepreneurs, I have yet to work for somebody whose not high, and the New Mexico government is taxing the shit out of weed, skipping and dancing and jumping with joy...all the way to the bank. Thank you for letting me share. Just so you know, the shit show political everything platform Facebook ended up being, I predicted it, after seeing the first post when it first came out. Lord have mercy. And when i say Lord, dont get it twisted . That Lord can be your mushrooms,or LSD, Ayahuasca, or whatever else psychedelics names are there. Who knows I might end up using the stuff myself to treat my unicorn pet. He has gas.
lol 😂 Really, I totally agree with you! I laughed so much in the last part about gods and unicorns. But in my case, I’ve already used every drug. And yes, I do believe in the use of them to treat mental disorders as medical treatment, as it cured me. + psychiatric + psychologists. But really, no doctor could ever do 1/1000 of what I felt in my Trips inside my own mind. I totally understand what you are saying about political danger, capitalism and nature abuse, and this is one of my fears too. Money sucks when we talk about health treatments. It’s been proved a lot of times, that this shit works, but is not explored and legalized yet due to political control of people and skeptical minds and religion. The truth is that even me or you can’t change the world or society, but at least we can try to change ourselves to live our lives suffering less.

Thank god there are research chemicals and dark web. Going "on a trip" in nature is far better than in a room with therapist
@@Kyle171was it frank Sinatra that said "I did it my way.". Make your own is what i would say. Took all the work to become and the gov spat in my face. But do i complain?
It doesn't matter wether the politicians "support" it or not or whatever laws they pass. You can buy whatever substances you want from the black market and it's producers don't even need to pay taxes
In my day, if you wanted to trip balls, you had to put your life in the hands of a sketchy dude with a puka shell fetish and a blacklight poster collection, like the Good Lord intended. Sometimes you might not feel much, and other times your face would melt off and your friends would morph into cackling demons, but hey, it's not like you had anything better to do on a random Wednesday. 🤷
MAPS saved my life. Just reading about their work led me to use psychedelics myself at home. I used mushrooms and MDMA to CURE my suicidal ideation. I used both at the same time. 5 dried grams of mushrooms and 120 mg of high quality MDMA. 5 hours later I was better and STAYED better. I did my trauma work though and I was READY. Good luck !
Be very careful with MAPS. We do not allow any of their therapists in our legal psychedelic programs for example. The organization is largely a grift and several MAPS therapists have turned out to be abusers and rapists.
Someone needs to make the UK government wake up to all of this. We tend to follow everything that the US does except when it comes to cannabis and psychedelics. 😡
Psychedelics showed me the door, but grappling with my shadow and deeper existential issues helped me to walk through it. Without facing these deeper issues we are tourists in the Palace of Truth instead of its disciples.
@VeronicaSamuel-vw4bb When eternal love has been tattooed on the heart there is no more need for psychedelics, only a celebration and gratitude for what is real.
@ObakuZenCenter I hope you get the help you need. Stop fighting and find the flow. Your Being is the only thing that is real. Only Being is changeless and eternal.
I saw Rick Perry at a pro LBGT rally as well ( on TV ) credit where credit is due in seeing life differently and changing his views. I have PTSD I have healed it , it takes a lot of bravery and I had to shift my beliefs also to create a healing space.
I am surprised no one is talking about how it could be used to abuse people. Since it can influence a person who would normally say no, into either saying yes or allow such actions.
Folks in the burgeoning industry do talk a whole lot about this, and try to figure ways to ensure scrupulous professional and recreational use in a way that preserves the autonomy and dignity of individuals without accidentally creating too many regulations and "review" boards etc that would end up choking out innovation and progress
People are much more vulnerable when they’re under the influence of alcohol. The mental health and addiction, benefits, far outweigh any risk in this post pandemic world. If people are properly educated about “set and setting” they’ll have no problem staying safe. Peace. Zappy
Because that’s been discussed for decades. It isn’t novel, and it’s not ignored. In a proper setting setting, these are far more effective than the SSRIs prohibitionists are all about.
Psychodelics can be great. The substances are not make people more mindful it should be taken with a mindful mindset and prepareation. If done in a careful and mindful way the substances have great potential - even outside of clinical use. And no, I am not categorical against hedonistic use as taking it on music festivals etc. BUT if someone does it (I`ve done 3 times 50 mcg LSD on special concerts) I recommend low dosed and careful consumption and no mix with other substances. Anyway, priority is the clinical use for it`s great potential.
I love what Griffiths said! Cultivate graditude for this astonishing mystery we find ourselves in(life). Yes! It is astonishing that we exist! Think about it! I think Joe Rogan has had a huge positive effect on how society views psychedelics. He has arguably the biggest platform on the planet, and he advocates for their benefits regularly. Without his voice, I don't know that we would be this close to legalizing any of them.
Ibogaine cured my alcoholism. I drank my whole life away, lost my home and family because of it. Things would have been different for me now if I could have found ibogaine a few years earlier than I did. Ive been sober for almost ten years now and it's been easy. No desire to drink at all, ever.
Thanks for this segment demonstrating the therapeutic potential of psychedelic drugs. The experiences of many have proven their efficacy. Needless legal roadblocks must be lifted. Access must be optimized for the sake of the many who stand to benefit. And you’re right: turning on and tuning in won’t mean dropping out.

Indigenous people do not own any of these plants, compounds, etc. I understand they may use the plants containing the active compounds in their rituals, culture, etc. That does not mean these plants cannot be studied for their benefits. If the plants are better than more targeted compounds then let the market decide. What a shame as these compounds could prove very useful.
Screw this 'under medical supervision' nonsense. That's just an excuse for Big Pharma to patent everything and milk it for money, while ordinary people are still sent to jail. This is not how psychedelics have ever been traditionally used.

Wait a sec...indigenous people protesting the use of psychedelics for healing and spirituality because of 'appropriation'? How tiresome. No one's taking away their rituals or culture--if ANYTHING, it legitimizes such things by saying they've been helpful to humanity, and that other human beings should consider them.

Counterfeit perception is what you're alluding to. Religio bind etc.. Dreams are universal. Recall is the area those genuinely interested in psychedelic drugs are looking into. Obviously a strong awareness of your potential is only available when the groundwork is done. Use the analogy of knowledge-library and the construction of that library. It is this myth of chemical enlightenment that overly complicates the truth of material relation. The right tool for the job. Don't depend on others to do what you must do by yourself. If we know the History of "The Renaissance" we might say that we've been in a Psychedelic "Renaissance" since Albert Hoffman took his famous bike ride... As much as change and new ideas were coming to the fore, the people of the time seemed to hold a great degree of ambivalence to what they themselves were doing... Sound familiar? Possibly as much art, sculpture, and literature as has been left to posterity as "Renaissance Art" was committed to the torch by being dragged into the street and burned in what we remember as "The Bonfire of the Vanities"... Pendulums do swing, and I believe we are going through a more open phase at this time, but we will do well to know our history and not see people like Leary, Ram Dass, Shulgin, Osmond , Ken Kesey and many others as anything other than Pioneers of their time and place... People tend to use black and white language to get their way, but after a psychedelic experience a person may never see black, white, or any other color and perception the same way again. 🐛🐛🦋

IDK if I can say I am experienced in psychedelics. Honestly and wholeheartedly have been on over a thousand LSD trips. Plus a couple hundred mushroom trips, maybe 15 San Pedro nights, probably close to 200 microdot mescaline trips. Many many of those LSD nights were intensified with inhaling off of tanks of Hippie Crack aka Nitrous Oxide (oh wait. Nitrous Oxide aka Hippie Crack). But only smoked Salvia 1 time. I picked it up at an awesome headshop in Roseville MI. I was subject to random UA tests. I thought it was 1 of those "Relaxing" herbal blends and asked the tender what it was all about. A customer stepped up and said let me talk to him. He didnt have any rules to follow for legality reasons. He asked if I liked reality? And told me to "Lock the door, Sit down, and get ready to have reality ripped right the fuck from you". YEP. Wow. That was 18 (holy hell. 18 years?) years ago. The desire to experience again hasnt surfaced until about 6 months ago. I want to give this another go!
Psychedelics is the answer to most severe anxiety and depression. The use of magic mushrooms completely helps one get over depression and makes you feel like yourself
LSD should be just as legal as marijuana it's not the 70s anymore where if you ate the orange acid you need to report to tent 3...im 47 and trip as much as possible. See the world through a different set of eyes on a higher level of consciousness
I remember some one asking me during the summer transition but I opted for summer school instead. Mother never told me about the draft. 1 year after hi sch they turned it off. Certainly read enough before imbibing.
These drugs are excellent. However they are being legalized, especially in the states, as a distraction from the misery and pain. And we buy it like the good sheep we are.

I'm so glad they helped
you. I can't wait to get them too. Really need a reliable source 🙏
YES very sure of mycologist Predroavaro. This treatment worked for me too. Helped me get rid of my life long depression and BPD.
How do I find him? Is he on Instagram
I overcame my addiction with the help of mushrooms.
Research shows that psilocybin mushrooms have promising results for mental health support, particularly in reducing symptoms of depression, anxiety and PTSD.
Where to get em?
doctormaxshrooms is your guy, got all kinds of psychedelics.
Will he be on telgrm or TikTok?
Yes, that’s his name.
I have autism, I was diagnosed with it when I was 15. I tried shrooms and it made me function so much better.
Eek I’m autistic too and might wanna try mushrooms. How do I go about it?
Yeah doc.brenttt is your guide. Man is exceptional with anything psychedelics.
Hello Can he be reached on IG?
Yes doc.Brentttt
But make no mistake: Psilocybin has a number of potential medical benefits.
Despite promising research, there's no realistic timeline for when, or if, psilocybin will be approved by FDA.
I learned more about myself on one trip than I have through over a year of therapy.

Ever since my first psychedelic experience
I saw everything from a whole new perspective ( I have never felt so alive before, like in a long time.

He's a great journalist
You should feel very hopeful. I wish I things were this far when I was 23.
LSD got me off drugs and alcohol. Showed me a path in life, versus the chaos I was living. It changed my life for the better.
I use mushroom's for my health & just for creativeness. It really put's you in a flow. It can also make you see the world for what it is.
" it kind of power washes you from the inside"
Bravo! That's the best description of the experience I have heard yet.
Psychedelic’s definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it’s just so hard to source here
LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself
This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body.

Get a doctor and try, stop wondering I find meditation is golden
I remember my first time. “Oh, no, I’ve never done any drugs!”
Wait a second…I’ve done ALL KINDS of drugs. I’ve just done the drugs approved by the people I despise.
“Give me those mushrooms and a square of chocolate, we’re doing this!”
One of the best nights of my life.
Prescribed medication = state sanctioned medication
This may be one of those areas in which the people's sense of right vs wrong is FAR ahead of the politicians.

This is the importance of freedom of consciousness.
Freedom to inject yourself with the clot shot

Yep that’s the way.
I want to explore my own consciousness! We don't live in a free world when we get prescribed Prozac, we live in a prison!

Thank you god, Mother Nature, same thing, for the all natural healing medicines.
The thing about psychedelics is they aren't addictive. you don't go on a trip and then say "oh I totally want to do that again"
It's intense. It's not something toy would want to do all the time nor can you because your body builds a tremendous resistance to it.

Not while there's money rolling
Take New Mexico, legalized weed awhile back, produced a bunch of entrepreneurs, I have yet to work for somebody whose not high, and the New Mexico government is taxing the shit out of weed, skipping and dancing and jumping with joy...all the way to the bank.
He has gas.

Really, I totally agree with you!

Psychodelics can be great. The substances are not make people more mindful it should be taken with a mindful mindset and prepareation. Mdma should not be classed with other psycadelics, it really mesess with your body . Psylsybin shows alot of promice
Had good and bad trips on LSD in college in late 60's. Sometimes I have flashbacks. My first wife actually took part in a clinical study in 1969.
I knew a guy in my senior year of college (1982), who had done a lot of Acid over the years. He said that he often saw "traces" during everyday life. He was on the Deans List in Electrical Engineering. Go figure.
Psilocybin saved my life

They're got great psychedelics products
29:17 - There might be some leftward movement with broad public psychedelic use but I think the much bigger shift would likely be across the authoritarian / libertarian axis.
Tjey don't care about our legitimizing. Haha
I remember that episode of Dragnet. 😂
This needs to be done.
If a psychedelic experience is similar to this video that shifts it's view every second, then I don't want a psychedelic experience.

The real power is not relying on substances for religious experience.
Yeah, cause you ridiculous religion hasn't used them since day one. LOL
BRAVO!!!
In this case an other is a drug.
You mean, the power to kill people who disobey?
Jumping the gun, haven't watched it yet (don't you hate it when people do that?!), but, Soma, anyone?
We’re already marching into a brave new world who the fuck cares.
As a Hindu, I am a fan of Soma. And as a reader, I know Aldous Huxley was a fan of psychedelics!
@@benjiyogi639 And the crowd control drug in 1984
The blue mold on rye plants is where LSD originally csme from. Ergot Fungus. In Berekly and around San Francisco in the 60s they use to sell blue soup on the street corners.

Please legalise psilocybin containing mushrooms as someone suffering from C-PTSD (complex post-traumatic stress) I can tell you it would be an act of compassion!
Hello UK Prime Minister (whoever you are at this very moment, I mean it’s anyone’s guess since there seems to be a new one every week) could you please legalise already!
Lose yourself. Not if I were you, mund you.
I will forever credit LSD for getting me off meth after 2 years. Going on 9 years clean and will never go back!
*Psychedelic saved my life from Depression and anxiety, all thanks goes to this mycologist who has been my guide during my journey on DMT,he also got other psychedelic stuffs in his store, shipping discreetly worldwide*

Mushrooms , the true happy plant
Microdosing cured my lifelong depression. I took it short term and have never needed it again.
Sounds like you realized you weren’t really depressed
@@bryanutility9609 There are literally studies showing how psilocybin rewires the brain and increases neuroplasticity to cure various mental illnesses. It’s called science. Also, microdosing doesn’t cause highs or hallucinations or anything like that, but it can also help with focus and creativity and being more productive without any side effects.

activists hate to see people enjoying themselves.

Thanks to dr.stamets who guided me on my journey
LSD should be just as legal as marijuana it's not the 70s anymore where if you ate the orange acid you need to report to tent 3...im 47 and trip as much as possible. See the world through a different set of eyes on a higher level of consciousness
The right to get fucked up without judgement
Missed Woodstock cause I stayed in college over the summer to avoid the draft. Didn't want to go to Vietnam. Consienciously objected to the war.
Got my vote: War for Ideology reasons bullshit is irrational
I remember some one asking me during the summer transition but I opted for summer school instead. Mother never told me about the draft. 1 year after hi sch they turned it off. Certainly read enough before imbibing.
Psychedelics is going to bring reform!
These drugs are excellent. However they are being legalized, especially in the states, as a distraction from the misery and pain. And we buy it like the good sheep we are.
