    Valdres has rich localfood tradition. Besides the famous rakfisk, there are different kind sausages and cheeses. One of the cheese maker is Olestølen Mikroyestri which is located up the mountain next to the Olevannet.
    We talk with milkmaid Kathrin Hofmann Aslaksby. She also shows us how she makes her "Kvit Ole" cheese.
