These dudes are very uninformed on whats happening. What has jaylon johnson done? Give up less than 200 yards, 0 tds, and produce 4 ints and multiple forced fumbles in a single season. If you like advanced analytics they pretty much all say he was the best corner in the league too. Oh and went all pro
Hey guys! Great video. I have an opinion to share, and you can take it with a grain of salt if you want, I don't care. Amani, I respect you as a man and I respect what you did as a player; a lot of your opinions that I've heard in this video and over the last couple of weeks come off as entitled and out of touch. Regarding the Caleb Williams conversation, I see where you're coming from that a rookie shouldn't be telling anyone what to do, but at the same time, he IS the starting quarterback and he is doing his best to step up and lead the team. It seems to me that he is trying to take some of the burden of being a team captain so that it's not all on vets like DJ and Keenan. While I recognize you might feel like that's not his responsibility, isn't this a good thing for us to be seeing? That he WANTS to take up responsibility and lead the team? Beyond that, it's not like he's telling people how to play the sport, he's asking people to be considerate human beings. Your feelings about his nail polish are frankly out of touch, but I'm glad you recognized that it shouldn't have any effect on your opinions. As for the jaylon Johnson situation, you guys both just seem uninformed about jaylon Johnson as a whole, and I would ask you guys to refrain from speaking about topics you're not educated about. You guys paint him out to be some kid who is completely unproven and has an ego, and I'm not saying he doesn't have an ego, and I'm not disagreeing with your statement about the mindset required from CBs. What I AM gonna have to disagree with is the idea that he is unproven/isn't good enough. He's a top 1-3 corner in nearly every single stat category last year. If you wanna make the argument that he's unproven, I disagree, but whatever. My issue isn't that he's not super high on the list, it's that he's not on the list of top 100 AT ALL. If that's not egregious to you, then I encourage you to go do some research on him. Thanks for your time!
My 2 cents: If you are upset because a "Rookie" is holding grown men accountable for being SLOBS, YOU ARE THE PROBLEM!!!! And you will remain that way forever!! Doesn't matter your accolades on or off the field.
Haven't seen Amani's show out of NY but he's impressive. Good, logical vet ... with a RING....Just wonder if he had some of that Lester Hayes stick um on his helmet that Super Bowl... 😉 just kidding. 13 years in the LEAGUE a helluva thing. Nice score Danny Mac!
C’mon Toomer you need to just zip it lol you ain’t gotta clue anymore. You guys are bringing up non issues and are clearly not on the Williams Fan club. Let the dude have a few games under his belt before you get on his ass. There is no distractions yall are misinformed obviously 🙄
