I feel a bit nervous about the bob, I fear there will be tears. But I also think you want to try it, it will probably be a soft bob rather than a hard newsreaders bob so go for it. And worse case it will grow out very quickly. Matt's support is a win!

Hiya Jess, I know what you mean about gel nails. I also get fed up of the colour too. I've been using maniko, which my husband got me for my birthday. They are semi cured gels. You literally cut them to size, stick them. File them into shape and cure them. They come in a pack, everything you need is in there - beautiful colours. And so easy to take off without damage. I still have shellac toes and pedis throughout the summer. But I love the manikos - love your videos, Kat xx

I love your videos soooo much, Jess! They're such a breath of fresh air! YES to the bob! I've had one for 11 years apart from a year when I had to grow it for my wedding. I got married on a Saturday and we only went on our honeymoon on Monday so I could get a haircut first thing, that's how much I missed it! 😅🤣

Do the bob!!! It would really suit you! I had a short, choppy bob for a couple of years and I loved it, but been growing my hair now for a while for a change! It'll always grow back, if you've been thinking about it that long you should totally do it!

About the bob: for me, if I have been thinking about something for a while, I know I have to do it to satisfy my curiosity. I recently cut my hair into a long bob after it was very long and don't regret it as I felt like a change. Go for it! Your hair always can grow out anyway.

Jess you can dry your beautiful Hydrangeas in a dark cupboard hanging upside down with string. They dry beautifully and will keep for years. I have one in a vase, and it looks fantastic. Takes about 2 weeks to dry....wish you could pop pics on RUclips comments. You would really suit a long Bob. ❤
I am going to give this a go next time as I love how dried flowers look! I’ve just googled what you meant and saw some pictures it looks quite easy to do at home so will definitely try that! Thank you for the tip ❤️

Great video! I bought my favourite swimsuit from Left on Friday. Pretty sure they ship to the UK. It’s a bit pricey but really great quality and I always get tons of compliments when I wear it.

Tbh I sometimes feel short hair takes longer to style. But I’ve done it, and the good thing is hair grows! So why not, I say just do it!

Oh I need to check these out and give them a go as I love a cup of tea! Although I already sleep pretty well but I guess removing a bit of extra caffeine can’t be bad!
Your fish looked delish! ITO short hair, it is just good to know that it is a lot more work than long hair. You go to a lot of effort with your hair and you will most likelybhave to keep doing it with a bob. I have had both but now love my short hair and will never go back. However, I do miss being ablento put it in a ponytail. Quick and easy.
I agree! I’ve had both and I felt the bob took quite a bit of effort to keep looking nice. Very chic though!

I cut my hair into a pixie cut and it’s taken me just over a year to get to shoulder length - I think people forget that hair grows back, and yeah it takes time but there are lots of lengths and stages to play around with in between. Honestly - go for the bob - it’s not permanent !

I've had the same hair style all my life and it's always been long. I used to change the colour a lot but just leaving it to grow out now. I can't wait to see yr bob although we all know its going to look fabulous x
Hi Jess! I noticed that you put raspberries and blueberries directly from the pack to your yogurt. However, it says on all the packs ‘wash before use’. I noticed my colleague did the same with grapes and I was shocked 😅
Hey! Thanks for the heads up, I usually wash them in the punnet then leave them in the fridge like that as it has holes for the water to run out, saying that I don’t always bother washing them but I definitely should! I will try and do that more thank you ❤️

I agree with everyone over here that bob would suit you well! I always cut it short and then grow it long and then cut it short again.. circle of life!! 😀 the only think is that there is no difference in a matter like f stopping it - it takes ages when it’s short or long anyway..!

I’m so bad at not drinking coffee on empty stomach but I decreased to “mild” in my espresso machine so it’s at least a lighter coffee

Love your videos. Just a small tip but Greek style yoghurt is not greek yoghurt. It is yummy but doesn't have the same protein levels as greek yoghurt.

Haha its funny that you work at Moorgate and walk to another tube to get steps in. I have been getting off at Moorgate to do the same as I work nearby and used to work in actual MG. I always find myself looking for you around that area and the coffee shop you show sometimes.
Aww love that! To be honest I get so shy when I’m filming around there, I’m always sneakily doing it ha! My closest station is actually bank but I bloody hate that station, getting out of it is like navigating a maze 😂

I'm also not sure why every food item has to come with plastic..most 30 year olds I know...are more environmentally aware than this...let's improve your healthy habits.

a bob is a classic style ... long enough to tuck behind the ears if need be ... I cannot have one without effort as my hair is wavy but it would certainly suit your face ...I have been eating a plant based (vegan) diet for years ... later on ... we watched, well I did, he was working at home here so was back & forth to have a look ... madness, Luton sounds like / looks like hell ...

Personally, I say no to the Bob. I've seen a few people have it done recently and I think it's aged them 😬 I'm not a fan of jumping on bandwagons, so whatever it is, if i see a bunch of people doing something, i go the opposite way lol

The process of cleaning the brain during sleep is interesting however that process only really works if you let your gut rest and don’t eat too late at night. That’s why intermittent fasting is so good for health in general. By allowing the gut to rest you let your body clean up the brain instead of digesting food.
Oooh this is very interesting, I’ve heard some great things about intermittent fasting but my only issue is I need my creamy flat white in the morning!

I just use a low sided baking tray and put some olive oil on there with salt pepper and lots of herbs some rosemary always tastes great 😊
And just then bake until they are crispy and brown

Speaking as an accountant, this video bears no resemblance to reality. You wake up dreading the day, trying to understand how your life came to the point that you dread getting out of bed. It is a very well paid dreadful waste of a life.
