  • This is my Jim Thorpe bike train review. The bike train at Jim Thorpe, PA is a great way to spend your day. I love trains, bikes, time with my family, the outdoors and a little exercise. This combines all of that into a great day trip. You might think that 25 miles is too long, but the trail is mostly downhill and just think of the bragging rights you will have at the next family gathering or company meeting. There are a lot of other cool things to do in Jim Thorpe. Maybe make a weekend out of it and check out some of the interesting history of the area!

It's a pretty cool place. A good way to exercise for deer season. 🦌

@loissayers1413 I'm glad you enjoyed it. We have done the bike trip 3 times now and we thought others would like to see.

Thanks for the video, very helpful for our upcoming planned trip. How long time wise were you on the bikes with the 25 mile ride?

My daughter says it was about 3 hours. We stopped a few times to eat, go to the bathroom, and played down by a stream for a bitto cool off. I hope that helps. Have a great trip. It was fun. It was our 3rd time to the area. We're probably heading back again this summer!
