Hi Ben, honestly you are very inspiring because despite some of us having strong mindset, sometimes the frustration that comes from Facebook HQ is so worrying. I am doing local ecom in my country as such I stock products before selling through ads. Imaging importing over 200pcs of products and having a video ad approved then after selling about 100pcs of this products within 3weeks then you have your account shut down for policy violation which was as a result of the video the Facebook admin had approved for the ads. In fact, the journey is tough but its worth it for someone in Africa since it pays much better than getting a 9 to 5. Bless you bro, I can cease getting a thing or two from your videos, The values you give is massive. Long life and know that we are hooting for you.

Spot on - and what most of them don't say is that they spent $10,000 on ads to generate the $10,000 in sales. That never talk about their profit, just revenue, which is pointless.

Thank you ben! Sometimes emotions can cloud peoples judgement. Most important thing is to always analyze why something isn't working and make adjustments. For example today, one of my ad sets had an extremely high CPM and had to find out why was it that high. Turns out, I did not select the detailed target(AND must also match...) option correct and it was targeting an extremely broad and unrelated audience. After the slight adjustment, the CPM literally had a free fall in a couple of hours! These small adjustments are so rewarding. So yes, we do need a clear conscious and emotions when it comes to optimizing fb campaigns. Wishing everyone to have successful Facebook campaigns, I hope you all succeed.

I don't know why it never occurred to me that learning Facebook ads is actually really stressing. I remember when I was first learning, it took all of my mental bandwidth. That's ought to be a big reason clients hire an agency.

What I struggle with is knowing how to change based on data. I mean, how the heck can I know what is causing an issue in the copy, video, layout, audience, etc etc. It makes me crazy because it feels like I"m feeling my way through the dark and I'm a big picture person so data is just noise to me.
