The way you integrated the Skillshare ad into your video was SO seamlessly well done! An ad agency should hire you two to do their ads (remotely, of course). Your editing has become so professional over the years. Amazing. And oh, Kika, you're so darned cute! And Dan, is also a handsome dude, and lucky. You're such a great couple, intelligent, resourceful, etc. etc. I can say those things, cuz I'm just old (77, unfortunately). Thank you for sharing your amazing life with us. Love you guys and can't wait each week for your new video.

This is just so well done. It's a brilliant concept that captivates but frees people who watch and follow. This doesn't come from anyone deprived--retired 63 year old climbing guide, all over the country and parts of our intriguing world. Born abroad, raised on and in the water and so happy to be able to go back to it (in the flesh, not just virtually!) after a new ankle and having to see my dream climbs from a distance. I recognize the real deal when I see it, even if marketed and merchandised! It's what brings you to me and vice versa. Saving the concept of beneficial social media into the bargain! Stay safe, keep it smooth and mellow.

If I may suggest: when running a line to shore it is a good practice somewhere in the middle to place a plastic bottle with the rope passing trough. In this way if any animal (e.g. rat) starts walking on the rope will simply fall in the water without reaching the boat. Hope it will be useful for you not to have unexpected guests

When you sail 180deg , using spinnaker and jib 120-150deg apart , this is called "butterfly".

In BC I usually try to run the line to shore and back to the boat so it's easier to leave, but I am also probably a lot closer to shore and the Province has put in a lot of metal rings to stop people from tying to the trees and scraping the bark off. Anchoring close to shore definitely makes me nervous, but it can't be helped when there are several boats trying to share a small bay, or the water gets deep very quickly.

Watching this video really makes me long for living outside in the open. I can almost smell the rain. Great job!

When Dan was playing Uma's new strings, it sounded like the attack music in Jaws.

FYI, it may sound like a headache. But line bags & covers dramatically increase their lifespan. Keep up the great work 😉

If I may suggest: A 1m diameter stainless chain loop will save your stern line from chaffing on the rocks. Also a webbing loop around trees will protect the bark and the line.
Love the videos. Love the synergy.

Yup. Already use a webbing loop for the trees. We slack line, rock climb and have set up hammocks for years. We know the drill.
As for rocks, yes, the plan is to get something a bit more durable. Not sure it will be chain though.
