How could someone become president if convicted? You could never get a regular job with a criminal conviction so why the president of the US?

I thought Graham had hit rock bottom. I was wrong. He’s managed to find a way to plunge even deeper. He KNOWS the danger Trump presents. He said he was “done” with Trump. Yet, hypocrite, Graham is back at the trough. I am ashamed of him and his LACK of care for this country.
