- We've finally enterted the double digits in the Power Ranger season review journey. Wild Force marks season 10 , you'd think by this point they'd have a great formula for a great show. NOPE unfortunately this is the worst season I've seen so far...yes worse than Power Rangers Turbo.

i loved zen-aku as a villian he legit destroyed the rangers in almost every encounter and he had a crescent moon blade as a weapon i mean thats just badass also it acted like a flute *homage to tommy* to summon the zords.
Zen-Aku (or Rouki if you watched Gaoranger) is easily the best part of the season.
Wow I never picked up that! Yes Zen -aku was bad ass! Would love to see him get more love in the fandom

Wild force is good but i agree with the morphers and jindrax and toxica was potentially coals parents but we don't know that because it's just a theory ,I really like merrick and his backstory but didn't like the romance with him and how world force ended was so bad it seemed good at first at the beginning of the two final episode beginning master org destroyed the rangers wild zords but guess plot armour kicked In apparently it was their dedication and behaviour how they won because they standed up to master org in the end and I don't like animus fuck him I'm being honest the rangers was doing better than he could do he got body twice by mast org and the rangers nearly destroyed him with the rino strike fuck animus the bitch
For the megazord with the whole soccer thing, in the Sentai, it was used as a way to promote the 2002 World Cup that was being hosted by Japan and S. Korea. Definitely something they could've left out in PR, but 🤷🏿♂️
In the intro of Wild Force did you know that a when the part of the morphing sequence appears on the faces it’s from sentai because it’s the English faces in the suits its the Japanese cast from the sentai. They ain’t slick.
Jindrax and toxica are one my favourite sidekick characters they even question whether they should be evil or not
Me too and I thought they were funny.
I never considered Master Org as a simp....
Now I can't stop thinking of him as such.
Wild Force is the series that I have the most connection to because I got into Power Rangers because of Wild Force. Probably because of my bias toward animals more than dinosaurs, which probably explains why Jungle Fury and Wild Force were my top 2 Power Rangers series even today. Yes, I have watch every season of the Power Rangers and still I like these two series the most.

How could you go straight to just talking about master org in its final form destroying the Zords and the rangers giving up without talking about Kite/Animus monitoring earth and deciding to take away their Zords all because they didn't do a "good job".
Kite was tripping on them blaming them on the pollution of the earth. Seriously, how can you blame the rangers for that?
I love Wild Force. Its my first PR I ever watched as a kid. This reveiw is so fucking funny. I've been having a rough couple weeks and this made me laugh. Thanks man.

Wild Force had the impossible task of following up Time Force. Let alone having to replace an all-time great villain, one of the best Red Rangers, one of the best Blue Rangers, AND a top 2 Pink Ranger
One of the best blue rangers? Who? Lucas? He was easily the weakest member of Time Force.

Aye man that Tmobile bit killed me but Disney wanted to ruin Power Rangers thats why when they started going to New Zealand and stuff it got a lil weird but the wild force season they wanted to bury the Rangers I'm glad I still watched as a kid

Not completely for me, mostly due to some cheap nostalgia for it being the first Power Rangers season I saw.

Wild Force had some issues. My biggest issue is how too similar it is to its japanese source material. The episode plots the morphers even the role call translated from japanese is similar. This felt like a cheaper or safer version on some of the similar plots and the character growths felt different. I mean hell they took "Never give up" .Nice catch btw on the Lost Galaxy comparison. The japanese show is called Gaoranger (Wild Force) but Gingaman's (Lost Galaxy) original name was supposed to be Gaoranger but they didnt want to be in competion with series GaoGaiGao. The Mech in Gaoranger wasnt an homage to Gingaman rather an Homage to GaoGaiGar.

Alot of similarities to the sentai indeed. Watched a few episodes noticed it after first seeing wild force. Not too much was changed

toxica and Jindrax were the rangers enemies throughout the entire series in the sentai version, but here, they ended up helping the rangers close to the end. You start to wonder, what are they doing after that episode before the 2 parter finale.
Princess shayla wasn't the best mentor. There, I said it. There was hardly any explanation about her and her kingdom. What's the point of her even being here? Is she like the Princess zelda of the animarium?
I mean they awful because of the writing but the actors seem like they are having fun
The yellow eagle ranger is upset because she can't be the leader because she's not wearing red amongst other things, so the Cole got a petty hit.
What was so special about the necklace that merrick gave the princess? And why was it necessary for Dr alder's final plan? It was just a regular necklace.

I prefer practical effects, and CGI just doesn't work in general period no matter who does it
There's a bunch of mechs this season thus beginning the "too many mechs trend" that continues to this day which I'm always mixed on
Zen Aku is great. Master Org is fucking fantastic (and much better than the trio of generals that are the main villains in the Sentai)

Honestly I wanted to talk about forever red sooo bad but I just felt like it didn't play a big enough role in the story for Wild Force to include it.
The time force team up was great too!
All this happened because Dr. Adler was bitter and salty because of his heart broken. I kinda feel bad for him. He was just lonely.

I only watched parts of reruns on jetix when I was in high school so I wasn't too focused on the story, but I thought the fact that they had so many zords to mix and match was a pretty cool idea.
Technically, they were more than just power rangers, they were guardians of the earth. Before, it took them a while to realize that. They were chosen. Zords or not, i guess it was they're destiny to win at all costs. Even kite challenged them along the way.

LOL That’s ashame since this was my first Power Rangers I watched. I’m really enjoying these Ranger reviews. Looking forward to Ninja Storm and Dino Thunder. Please give the same treatment to Super Sentai. You can them on Shout Factory, from MMPR to Ninja Storm (their Sentai equivalents)

Wild Force is an OK season there been some better season and we had worst seasons (looking at you operation overdrive and ninja steel) I fill like it could be much better and you can't blame the CGI since it comes from gaoranger that became wild force i give wild force a C-

Yes but the cell phone matched some theme of the other seasons and made sense and the morphin sequence wasn't bad like in wild force
What's the deal with the red lion and having these thrusters on its back? And when he shows up, we get this Lion King vibe from him? I'm telling you this season was more about the zords than it is about the rangers, the rest of the zords didn't show up until the end. I was curious on how they would've combined into with alm those zords, stingray, peacock, rat, zebra? When the zords disappeared the first time, shayla went to sleep, in the 2 parter of the end, the zords disappeared, but shayla was awake, did she knew that the rest of the wild zords was coming?
I'm watching wild force right now on episode 22 and I will tell you I wish I watched it sooner, I slept on that and ninja storm I stopped at wild force was done with power rangers but came back because of Dino thunder legacy of power episode and back in black. Yes I saw forever red rerun when Dino thunder was on.

Ooooohhhh good question. I will say Wild Force master org was better than Divatox as a villain. So WF gets that nod but the character writing for the rangers is waaayy better in turbo. Plus it set up In Space

It was always funny to me that Danny's powers are centered around strength but he's probably the weakest black ranger of the franchise...

I could see why Wild Force was bad, but at least it’s better than the bore fest that is Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger. I liked Wild Force, though it’s been a long time since I last saw it.
Alyssa deserved to be in a better season 🤦🏽♂️ and to think people consider Taylor's character "great."
