    It's great to have a coach telling me everything to do and keeping me on schedule in my workout. Otherwise, I would be much to lenient on myself. It's so helpful to see your form doing the exercise instead of just reading a Bowflex exercise manual! Thanks!! #bowflex

      Thank you! That's exactly why I created these routines. Sounds weird, but I go back and do my own routines for the exact same reason. Without them, I inevitably slow down and quit sets a little early. Thanks for the comment and hope to hear from you again!

    #BeAdaptable! (80) I don't have enough space to place a chair next to my Bowflex for the Glute Kickbacks, so lean forward holding onto the crossbar. Seems to work okay for me, form-wise.

    This is good! Managed the first half with the stock handles but I need to order those ankle straps. With all these videos I feel like I need to figure out an order to use these as a regular routine a few times a week. These are so helpful and I don't use my Bowflex without your videos to be honest.

      Thank you for saying that! Regarding the order, I am going to be launching a Patreon later this month with programs to help with selecting a workout for progression. Personally, I find it really helpful to know what I'm going to be working on that day instead of getting to my workout time and being like, "now what am I going to do." Hope you check that out when it goes live. Either way though, appreciate the comment and glad you're liking the videos!

    Appreciate these videos, my Bowflex moves around so easily, thinking of sandbags to weight it down more, what do you use if anything? I see yours is raised at the front. Thank you!

      @@BowflexWorkouts Hey sorry I have the SE2 version, I think that may be different. On mine I dont have the thicker platform at the front if that makes sense where your feet go :)

      @@JustRelaxASMR sounds like you're missing a part. The platform should have been included. Sandbags might be what you need....

      I just found this comment. My SE2 is the very same, thin platform at the front. It’s sitting on a rubber mat, so it stays still. But sandbags may be needed sometime.

      @@RyanS493 I find mine moves a lot especially doing standing exercises, probably wouldnt move on carpet or proper mat though, I have it on laminate flooring here.
