sold my V12HT off for an 18XL early this year and I have been wayyyyy happier. Lighter, more practical, and much more balanced. Over 3000km so far and not a single issue.
The practical kickstand on the v11 already beats the suspension on the 18xl, yes it’s the ride but you do stop for whatever, then what? Find a wall? Keep holding it? The future is bright for euc’s, i can hardly wait to see what 2024 brings like, compactness of the v11, suspension, smart bms, ip ratings, in both commuting and performance riding or a hybrid of both. I love the s19 and maybe the s16, so far.
Indeed, we have many different demos in our Voltride store, but KS-18XL seems to be taken often-most for city quickies - for lunch or for fetching something. Strange to think that at some point it was considered a heavy wheel.
Things change so fast in EUC world, so sometimes we forget that ease of use and practicality was one of the main reasons these wheels where made. 18XL is still good today.

For the KS18XL to earn a good review so long after it's been produced is quite impressive

I have a V11, but it locked me out at only 40 miles. Bummer, hope they help me get it fixed because it's a great ride when it's working.
