The you that can't handle the past. The you that doesn't have hope. I want you to never be afraid to cry or smile or anything you truly feel. A frick this hits me hard man. I suffered from depression and heavy suicidal thoughts for 3 years in total and I never told anyone about it. I cried out of both sadness and happiness from this audio, I desperately needed someone to talk to and to feel like I wasnt alone; but after pulling through I wanted to help anyone that needed one person to care and to love them for themselves with all their scars. I may have scars but even a perfect diamond has its flaws 😊 If anyone is reading this far, you are a awesome person and if you think that nobody cares about you, let me be that person that cares. I was listening to this for comfort and then it just says “don’t worry about being what your parents want you to be” and I just... I just broke. Every since I could remember I’ve always stressed about what they wanted for me that I’ve altered myself, my appearance my personality to meet their criteria .... and I know it isn’t real, but it feels it. This love and appreciation feels real and that’s what break my heart. I just want to thank you, so much for creating comfort videos and taking your time to pour your heart out.

Thank you! I want to forget my past. Nobody did me wrong, it was me. I know I changed but the resentment is still there. I wish I never hurt those from my past. I want to say sorry to an old friend who still smiled after all my bad decisions. So this really helps me realize I shouldn’t forget or try to force myself into thinking I’m a doll who should keep her mouth shut or a the little bully I once was. Thank you so so much!

I remember my ‘friends’ and I were talking about someone in this class probs getting famous and I kinda a made a reference to myself and a very subtle one and they all know I’m in a dark state and one said I’d probably kill myself before I’d get the chance.
So this really helped my depression but I still need more time to heal.
