this is like a crazy realization of how different cultures are, i live in AUS and we just have one brand of water, but majority of the time people just use their own water bottles/water jugs and just drink tap water
a lot of towns don't have great water. One place I lived the tap water in the city tasted muddy. Thankfully my family lived 2 streets outside the city limits so we could have a well and the water was a little better. Where I live now it tastes.... okay.... but we use a brita water filter and that fixes it mostly
Poland Spring absolutely is not lower middle class, that is exact center of middle class. As a lower middle class kid, we drank Great Value, Brita, or straight tap water.

There is actually Fuji water which you can buy near Mount Fuji essentially as a souvenir. The bottle is shaped like Mount Fuji.
I've never had a bottle of Nickl- I mean water & been thirstier than before I drank the bottle of water.
