    Your baking tips are so wonderful that it never go wrong, we can blindly trust the recipes. I have recently started baking, initial trials were so perfect but from last 3-4 times i am getting only sunken cakes. Not able to figure whats wrong. Please make a video on how to prevent this.     Ur explaination is very precise, as always, could u pls help me with melting real chocolate n not the compound ones. I make chocolates or any thing out of real chocolates n it always melts in room temperature. Pls teach me on how to temper real chocolate. I use morde D45.. but i always fail to keep them at room temperature. Pls that would be highly appreciated n a savior frm guilt of eating compound chocolates... Thankyou in Advance
