I had just begun to use monomer enhancer in your fluid. It made it better for me to be able to form a nail. This looks exactly how the enhancer makes it work.
I was shopping the sale and got all the set individually thank goodness I caught it before check out there is this box and I snatched it up along with the stuff within the box I was going to purchase individually like files and etc. but so happy that I was able to get the kit. And save even more! And got the coffin tips on sale too. They work better for my flat nail beds but love all the tips. Haven’t tried the xxl ones and I forgot to add the toe ones in my cart. More of a reason to buy MORE 💜💜💜💜 super stoked for this system and cannot wait to get it. I was going to be due for a fill and stuff from my set I got done last week. This is a dream come true! This is the ONLY odorless system that does not smell and works like regular acrylic. I cannot wait to try! Can we use colored acrylic to do art but cap in your odorless clear?
Keep in mind that the product is not completely odorless, rather it is Extreme Low Odor. You can use the traditional colored acrylics under the ELO, but do not mix the monomer and powders. The ELO monomer and powders should only be used as a system, do not use the ELO with the colored powders.
I personally recommend having a separate brush for different products so you don’t contaminate them when going back and forth. However, if you’re not able to do that, just make sure to rinse your brush in a small amount of whatever liquid you will be using and then work with clean monomer.

I get an almost instant headache from yn regular monomer. Crossing my fingers this one works for me! I opened the bottle and could definitely smell it immediately though :( I am hoping in the dapen dish it's virtually odorless and does not make me sick. 1 question what is the plastic dropper used for?
As with any chemical, even the Extreme Low Odor, we recommend working in a well ventilated area and keep your exposure to a minimum. Always keep your liquid tightly covered when not in use and dispose of used table towels into a closed trash can or even ziplock bags to keep chemical exposure to a minimum. If you are not doing this, you may still smell the monomer, but it is not the same "acrylic" smell. The Extreme Low Odor does have a slight floral fragrance. The dropper is one way of transfering the monomer into your dappen dish.
Oh also, would you say this would be the best system for beginners and people who are still struggling with acrylic? I love the smell of acrylic applications lol but being pregnant it has been so bad so I’m happy for this and my husband gets livid when our apartment is filled with regular monomer smell. Because of our toddler. Even if I would do it around 8-9am and get our son from daycare around 4-5 it still is bad. Even with air/fan/window and sliding glass door open
This is a medium to faster setting product, but it is good product for all levels of experience. As for you concern of the smell, it does have a slight floral fragrance, not the same "acrylic" smell as other traditional monomers. This smell does tend to stay within the working area and is generally not noticeable as "acrylic." With this said, it is still a chemical and we recommend using in a well ventilated area, especially with you being pregnant and having a child around. As with any chemical exposure, we would also recommend consulting with your healthcare provider during your pregnancy.

Question? I do my own nails at home. Now that it's extremely cold, I'm struggling with it crystalizing. My nail space isn't heated. I'm guessing it's because of the cold. Thanks!
Are you using YN or a different brand? We haven't seen that issue with our products, but some products can crystalize in very cold temperatures. It's best if you are able to work in an area that is around 70-75 degrees for the best results.

I worked heavy handed and I got extreme heat spikes on the thicker hands, it felt like when I put too much builder gel and started to cure it in a lamp. I should have watched a video on how to use it properly.
If you are doing a traditional manicure, you can soak them. However, if you are doing enhancements, we do not recommend soaking the fingers as this can add excess moisture or oils from soaps to the nail plate and can interfere with product adhesion if not cleaned properly.
All of our products are FDA approved for safe use when used according to the proper procedures. As with any chemical, over exposure or "flu" symptoms can result from excess contact with the skin/soft tissue or not using the products in a properly ventilated work space.
I'm curious though, because your regular monomer says "low odor" and it's definitely Not!! I use kupa and absolutely love it but shipping can get a bit pricey. I wouldn't mind adding to my odorless collection. I have never had the issues you mentioned with odorless monomer unless it's super cold in which case, they're all like that. Looks like you've created a super cool product! Not extremely tempting to buy though if I can only use it on six acrylic powders

You may have to play with the time and it might have slightly more odor, but that doesn't necessarily mean it won't work. Of course test it for yourself; I personally don't think there will be an issue.

It has a setting time comparable to our speed powders which are our fastest setting powders. But we do recommend beginners start off practicing with that they want to be using all the time. It would be harder to practice with the slower setting powders, get used to that and then have to relearn how to use a faster setting powder.
Why didn't this kit include a really Kolinsky brush? I already received mine and it isn't. They would have charged a little more for the $ kit but they would have added a good brush, It doesn't say it's a Kolinsky brush it just says artistic sculptor

This is exciting but..... I have so many acrylics/slick pours from YN and other companies and it is my understanding of the video that this new amazing monomer will not work with them and will only work with the acrylics it is coming with. I feel the same way, a little sad that the acrylic I have is useless with the new monomer. I have so much acrylic powder. I don't like the idea of buying all new powders just to use low oder monomer. I have spent lots of money on YN acrylic powder. I am curious what happens if you use original acrylic powder with the new monomer. Does it not set? Why not develope a low oder monomer that CAN be used with original acrylic powder? 🤔🙄 I may buy the kit just to check it out, but I don't see myself buying acrylic powder to replace the acrylic I have. So instead of prep and bond, the YN bond replaces that? Or should I still use prep to dehydrate before the bond?
You still need to prep the nail and swipe is out cleanser/dehydrator and the apply protein bond.

You would need to check with the state board in your location as they have different requirements for what you can use.

You cannot use the systems with each other. You need to use the pink bottle with pink label powders and teal bottle with teal label powders.

It has a setting time comparable to our speed powders which are our fastest setting powders.
But we do recommend beginners start off practicing with that they want to be using all the time. It would be harder to practice with the slower setting powders, get used to that and then have to relearn how to use a faster setting powder.

Same, I like the smell of monomer. YN monomer isn't that strong smelling IMO, I have smelled lots stronger.

Why didn't this kit include a really Kolinsky brush? I already received mine and it isn't.
They would have charged a little more for the $ kit but they would have added a good brush,
It doesn't say it's a Kolinsky brush
it just says artistic sculptor
Our artistic sculptor brush does use kolinsky for the hairs.
Finally I can practice without ppl saying the smell is strong

This is exciting but..... I have so many acrylics/slick pours from YN and other companies and it is my understanding of the video that this new amazing monomer will not work with them and will only work with the acrylics it is coming with. This is good for someone that has no products yet. I hope im wrong. im kind of sad about it.
I feel the same way, a little sad that the acrylic I have is useless with the new monomer. I have so much acrylic powder. I don't like the idea of buying all new powders just to use low oder monomer. I have spent lots of money on YN acrylic powder.
I am curious what happens if you use original acrylic powder with the new monomer. Does it not set? Why not develope a low oder monomer that CAN be used with original acrylic powder? 🤔🙄
I may buy the kit just to check it out, but I don't see myself buying acrylic powder to replace the acrylic I have.
I don't mind the smell of monomer.
