When Stolas was forced to choose between Blitz and his Family, he covers his face and this hurts Blitz more than anything, because he belives nobody could love him.
I think Stolas was embarrassed about having the spotlight on him (as well as everything else) because he doesn't like the spotlight that much.....but yeah, bad decision
Just some info, Asmodeus is one of the seven Princes of hell (the seven deadly sins) and the sin of Lust. He is the embodiment of lust itself and rules over that entire ring in hell. He is also an Ars Goitian King, which is why he's bird themed and looks like Stolas.
You definitely not ready for the next episode and season 2 episode 😂 Their relationship got me in my feels bro. Blitzo is very lonely and Stolas actually wants Blitzo while dealing with a very heavy failing marriage. They did a great job with this series
A quick note, during the ending scene we see a shot of a wall full of pictures in Blitz's apartment and every picture Blitz is in he's scribbled over himself to remove himself from the picture because he hates himself that much. I personally hope season 2 goes into details on why Blitz hates himself so much and why he doesn't let people get too close to him. And I can't wait for your reaction to season 2 episode 1.
Stolas does want to try ( I mean he can teleport but took a trip presumably on foot to get to the van which was in another ring since the Imp group used public transportation to get to the lust ring, and Stolas was willing to sit in that small and dirty seat just to be next to Blitzo) but I see a lot of reactors miss two key moments where he messed up in this episode or at least don't comment on it, there is a brief moment where after Asmodeus put the spot light on him, Stolas tries to walk away but is pulled back to the table, and then there is when he put the menu up to hide his face.
Blitz use to be a clown so it actually makes a lot of sense that his always happy self is just a fake mask he wears to hide how he truly feels. This episode has been dissected over and over, some key points people made is that Blitz is wearing his moms necklace all the time insinuating she’s dead which might be why his sister is in rehab trying to get arid of her depression thru drugs. Blitz and Fizz were childhood friends and at some point Fizz lost his limbs and had them replaced with cybernetics, also seems he lost his horns because his jester hat is so floppy. All the pictures on the wall have his face scribbled out because he hates himself. He is so intrusive in Moxxie and Millie’s relationship because it’s what he truly wants but he can’t fathom it, this was also in his acid trip song. Anytime he gets close to people he either gets scared or doesn’t think he deserves happiness so he becomes a jerk and shoves them away. Asmodeus is voiced by the same guy that did Tex (male werewolf) from episode 3. He is also Oogi Boogi from the Broadway musical of Nightmare Before Christmas.
Blitzo is his own worst enemy. He keeps humiliating himself and let these things bad happened to him. Moxxie and Millie are everything that Blitzo wasn't. Blitzo needs help.

If it's not mentioned as a fun fact, the hierarchy is that while Stolas is a demon prince, Asmodeus is the entity that embodies and represents all of Lust. So Asmodeus is far more powerful than Stolas, whom is far above any Imp like Blitzo or the M&Ms.

The reason Blitz was so sad when dropping Stolas off was because when Asmodeus pointed him (Stolas) out Stolas hid his face embarrassed to be there with Blitz which showed Blitz (in his head) that Stolas didn't really like him and was embarrassed to be near him

Actually very interesting that you thought Asmodeus looked like Stolas, because that was actually intentional. Asmodeus is a king in the Ars Goetia, while Stolas is a Prince. All of the Goetia family has a bird theming, so Asmodeus is rooster based.
I can seriously sympathize with Blitz in this episode. Stolas really does come on heavy with the physicality of what they're about rather than the emotional aspect more often than not. So it's pretty easy to see things from both sides, and I think having it pointed out that he's not properly been projecting his feelings and desires will have a strong impact further down the line as they sort through their respective drama. But having a former friend, an ex girlfriend, as well as the club's own owner calling you out in front of everyone like that.... that's just harsh. Fun Fact: Asmodeus "Ozzie" is voiced by the individual that played Genie in the broadway production of Aladdin. Likewise Fizzaroli is voiced by the broadway actor for Beetlejuice.

You bring up a good point that he looks like Stolas because they're both part of the Ars Goetia a classification of demons they're just below the seven princes of hell in it there's princes princesses Dukes and kings Stolas is a prince while Osmodeus is a king and in this universe all of the Ars Goetia look like birds so she took the design of the original Osmodeus being depicted which a head of a ram and the head of a bull and the head of a human and created that version with rooster-like features and it seems like all the princes of hell are going with a circus theme so he kind of looks like a lion tamer with his outfit and lion mame also if you look at the little heads they also talk in unison with the middle one he's also one of the seven princes of sin the ones who ruled all of hell he specifically rules over the lust ring of hell that's why everything looks sketchy and sexually driven cuz he's the physical embodiment of lust the others are Envy represented by Leviathan, Wrath represented by Satan, Sloth represented by Belgore, Gluttony Represented by Beelzebub who might be a girl in this version, Greed represented by Mammon, and of course Pride represented by Lucifer. Only Osmodeus has made a physical appearance we got a painting of Lucifer in Hazbin Hotel and a picture of Mammon on Hell's currency each Prince doing something different to bring as many Sinners to hell as possible Osmodia sending succubus and Incubus to the human world to have sex with humans and spread STDs and promote lust For example that way Lucifer can get as many sinners into hell as possible all of them only able to exist in the first ring of Hell The Pride ring why is not known yet but hopefully eventually we find out but we do know why Lucifer is doing this he is the prince of pride he was cast out of heaven for priding himself over God and as always break it back at God it was too corrupt as much of his Creations as possible and keep him away from them why he would want as many sinners in his ring of hell as possible. And yeah it is a strip club that Osmodus runs and he's also voiced by the guy who plays Genie in the Broadway Aladdin and Fizzarolli is voiced by the guy who plays Beetlejuice in Broadway Beetlejuice. Verosika still has feelings for blitzo 1. She looks over stolas at one point in episode when she notices blitzo 2 she still has the tatoo of his name on her arm even if its crossed out she could of got it removed but she hasnt 3 she obsesses over how he broke uo with her 4 the photo blitz has with her shows it wasnt some fling but an actual relationship I think verosika is still mad at him because she thought he was the one still has feelings for him snd is worked up over it
Asmodeus is of the the seven deadly princes that rule hell, he is the ruler of the Lust ring. Also in the book of Demons he’s suppose to have 3 heads, a man, a goat, and a bovine. You can see the goat and bovine heads in his hair on the sides.
It's easy to miss, but did you notice all of Blitzos photos in his home had him marked out of them? I doubt Luna did that, but what reason do you think Blitzo had for marking himself out of all the photos?
As said by others your going to one want to move on to Season 2 as Episode 8 is tied up in Legal copyrights regarding the sister series Hasbin Hotel. Viv got Hasbin picked up at A24 Productions and A24 had issue with the character Angel Dust from Hasbin appearing in a Hellva Boss episode thier contacts deal will rights to Hasbin Hotel characters but Hellva Boss characters are still 100% Vivzys Pop's. Basically they don't want Vivzy to make profit off of characters they have investment in with out getting a cut.
Because normaly lust and love are linked good sex helps a good relationship it creates intimate connection but asmodeus is being a try hard to not apear aeak just look how he is with vizzaroli when thinks no one is looking they have lovy dovy eyes for each other
We had two Broadway stars in this one; the voice of Asmodeus played the Genie on Broadway's Aladdin (10:59 is a little nod to that, as it's the same pose the Genie strikes before singing Friend Like Me) And the voice of Fizzaroli is done by the guy who played Beetlejuice on Broadway's Beetlejuice. "Get yourselves a Millie." Would if we could, Ms. Panda. Sadly these days the world seems to be occupied by either residents of Ozzie's (meaning just wanting sexual flings, not loving and passionate relationships) or activists who will falsely claim rape for 15 minutes of fame.
This series is so important, we really needed a same sex representation of the complications of relationships and wrong choices, and a realistic one at that. Vivzie and Brandon poured their hearts into this episode and it shows.
It was so hard seeing my favorite character Stolas being used as a tool to spy on the M&M’s. I also love the introduction to one of the kings of hell Asmodeus he was such a lovely addition to this episode

You bring up a good point that he looks like Stolas because they're both part of the Ars Goetia a classification of demons they're just below the seven princes of hell in it there's princes princesses Dukes and kings Stolas is a prince while Osmodeus is a king and in this universe all of the Ars Goetia look like birds so she took the design of the original Osmodeus being depicted which a head of a ram and the head of a bull and the head of a human and created that version with rooster-like features and it seems like all the princes of hell are going with a circus theme so he kind of looks like a lion tamer with his outfit and lion mame also if you look at the little heads they also talk in unison with the middle one he's also one of the seven princes of sin the ones who ruled all of hell he specifically rules over the lust ring of hell that's why everything looks sketchy and sexually driven cuz he's the physical embodiment of lust the others are Envy represented by Leviathan, Wrath represented by Satan, Sloth represented by Belgore, Gluttony Represented by Beelzebub who might be a girl in this version, Greed represented by Mammon, and of course Pride represented by Lucifer. Only Osmodeus has made a physical appearance we got a painting of Lucifer in Hazbin Hotel and a picture of Mammon on Hell's currency each Prince doing something different to bring as many Sinners to hell as possible Osmodia sending succubus and Incubus to the human world to have sex with humans and spread STDs and promote lust For example that way Lucifer can get as many sinners into hell as possible all of them only able to exist in the first ring of Hell The Pride ring why is not known yet but hopefully eventually we find out but we do know why Lucifer is doing this he is the prince of pride he was cast out of heaven for priding himself over God and as always break it back at God it was too corrupt as much of his Creations as possible and keep him away from them why he would want as many sinners in his ring of hell as possible. Asmodeus is of the the seven deadly princes that rule hell, he is the ruler of the Lust ring. Also in the book of Demons he’s suppose to have 3 heads, a man, a goat, and a bovine. You can see the goat and bovine heads in his hair on the sides.
Asmodeus is not a prince, he ranks ABOVE the princes. Stolas is a prince for the record.

As said by others your going to one want to move on to Season 2 as Episode 8 is tied up in Legal copyrights regarding the sister series Hasbin Hotel. Viv got Hasbin picked up at A24 Productions and A24 had issue with the character Angel Dust from Hasbin appearing in a Hellva Boss episode thier contacts deal will rights to Hasbin Hotel characters but Hellva Boss characters are still 100% Vivzys Pop's. Basically they don't want Vivzy to make profit off of characters they have investment in with out getting a cut.

We had two Broadway stars in this one; the voice of Asmodeus played the Genie on Broadway's Aladdin (10:59 is a little nod to that, as it's the same pose the Genie strikes before singing Friend Like Me) And the voice of Fizzaroli is done by the guy who played Beetlejuice on Broadway's Beetlejuice.
"Get yourselves a Millie." Would if we could, Ms. Panda. Sadly these days the world seems to be occupied by either residents of Ozzie's (meaning just wanting sexual flings, not loving and passionate relationships) or activists who will falsely claim rape for 15 minutes of fame.
This series is so important, we really needed a same sex representation of the complications of relationships and wrong choices, and a realistic one at that. Vivzie and Brandon poured their hearts into this episode and it shows.
