    Offroading is like a dance between man, machine, and Mother Nature.

      Add an Atlas transfer case and a front axle and you’ll be ready to have some fun!

    Badass rig and excellent video man! Who owns the truck now ?

      It was a cool rig. You don’t see too many SAS Rangers running around. It attracted a lot of attention, which was fun. Not much aftermarket available though. The guy that bought it came up from the Atlanta area.

    How's that BW1354 holding up? That's the limiting factor of the M5OD, the weird output flange.

    Awesome truck man! I feel like the full size bronco springs are a little too heavy on the spring rate for a ranger. Probably elinates the need for any need for a swaybar though.

    My question everyone keeps telling me I can't run 37s on my 99 3.0 4x4 I have 4.10 gears 5 speed manual would I really have any issues with the 37s?

    • @TarheelOverland
      @TarheelOverland  Год назад

      I wouldn’t recommend it. I had 4.88s and wished I had lower gearing, especially off-road. You might be able to get away with it on the street, but your clutch will hate you.

    You stated it has '79 Dana 44. I am guessing this would be a 449F with reverse cut gears?
