I feel like Hoffman escaped without alerting Gordon he most likely used equipment that was in Adam’s pockets or Zepps and can use his jacket to find something also that room isn’t too dark he’d be able to see they only needed it dark so Eric Matthew’s could escape besides Hoffman may have been unprepared to be in the bathroom but since he knows about it he would find some way to escape I think at least
Oh...now that Saw X cameo makes more sense. I think Mark Hoffman is going to be the main focus of Saw XI. Because Saw X is an interquel made for Saw newcomers who only need to watch the first movie, I did not really think about Detective Hoffman's mid-credits cameo teasing another Saw sequel about him. All I knew back then was that, based on the knowledge that viewers of the original seven back-to-back Saw movies have of Mark Hoffman's involvement in John Kramer's evil schemes and eventually taking over the mantle as the next big villain after John's death, in Saw X we saw more of his role in helping John Kramer and Amanda Young behind the scenes, before he stabbed Amanda in the back with the blackmail letter in Saw III and Saw VI. Unlike Amanda, Detective Mark Hoffman does not travel down to Mexico to help John capture all the people who scammed him, but in the jurisdiction of the United States he can still help John by capturing the first guy John met who led him into the Cecilia Pederson scam operation. That is why we see Mark again with John, interrogating Henry Kessler at the end of the story.
I wish we could see the fate of Hoffman after he was chained in the bathroom at the end of Saw 3D. I know that the directors say that he died in the bathroom, but it would be much more fitting to actually see the downfall in a movie rather than take the director's words for it
It’s not true, in 2021, after the release of Spiral, the producers said that they were considering Hoffman’s return to Saw films. Moreover, after watching the scene after the credits of Saw 10, we know that before the events of Saw 7, Hoffman had already been in this bathroom after playing in the 1st film, so he studied it well and knows exactly several ways to get out of there)
from legend action movie star to a vigilante jigsaw in a crime horror film, that puts alot of good money.
Incredible acting by Costas Mandylor!
5:05 best part i' ve ever heard in this section. It feels remarkable when you're listening this part, just focus and stay in the atmosphere.
Ohhh yes
He's so amazing

Hello Detective Hoffman
You did a good job, I'm waiting for more!
Nice
This is Hoffman's real theme!
Hoffman has to return. I mean why else would they tease us with him at the end of Saw X?

Надеюсь он будет в Пиле 11 !!! И нам покажут Марка Хоффмана, и Доктора Гордона, я хочу увидеть сиквел что было после Пилы 3D !!! :))).
You forgot the end of zepp six, which he escapes reverse bear trap in very smart way. It's called "Hoffman's Test"
"Zepp Six" I attribute to the "Hello Zepp" theme

I believe that ain't specially Hoffman's themes. The only one was Hoffman's test from Saw VI
D'où l'expression "faire le Hoffman" ;)
