He’s literally deluded himself into thinking that he alone can create a new world free from all evil and justice and become its god. That’s pure idealism mixed in with a bit of religious delusion with a dash of psychosis. 😂

Kira Theme seems to be inspired by O Fortuna while Domine Kira has bis similarities to Dies Irae by Verdi, it's something I think is really cool
Funny how Death Note Theme (aka Kira Theme (Kira B)) uses the Dies Irae lyrics.
