2025 Mazda CX-70 - This is it!

- Mazda has just revealed the brand’s newest SUV model, the CX-70. As the name suggests, this is a mid-size SUV that slots between the CX-50 compact and the three-row CX-90.
Built on the same platform foundation as the CX-90, the CX-70 is Mazda’s largest two-row SUV currently on sale. Design cues mimic that of current Mazda products, and the family resemblance to the CX-90 is obvious.

The cx 70 has the exact same back as the 90 they didn’t smooth it down at all. Pricing came out today to and it’s basically the same as the 90 with some lower trims coming out next fall.
Car buyers to Mazda: "We would like an SUV that is larger than the CX-5, but smaller than the CX-90."
Mazda: "We've got you covered. Here's the CX-90 without the third row. We shall call it the CX-70!
Is that such a bad thing? With Americans becoming larger by the day, the CX60 would be too small 🤣
@Raptors0524 We may be getting larger, but our garages and parking spots are getting smaller and harder to come by...lol!
Sorry, but did he say inline turbo 6 with only 323 bhp?
The 323 hp is what the four-cylinder plug-in hybrid makes in the CX-90. The turbo inline-six in the CX-90 either comes with 280 hp or 340 hp.
This is it? No it ain’t. It’s just a CX-90 without 3rd row. This shoulda been a trim option, not a whole different model.
honda did the same thing with the pilot/passport
The Passport is shorter in length than the Pilot by about 10 inches.
@@charleshedberg7789 yes but the passport is a shortened previous gen Pilot. Take out the third row and voila...a Passport
@@The_Notorious_CRG plus a price difference. Keep that in mind not anyone need a 3rd row, have limited garage space, and different budget.
Average Passport around my area is 5-7k cheaper than Pilot.

I wish this was the cx60 that’s in Europe , this is just the cx 90 with a third row delete. I was hoping for a shorter vehicle and for then to get rid of the egg shell back …. Oh well
